Envision Pain Management

My first visit...it was super quick check in, the nurse that took my vitals was very pleasant and helpful. Doctor came in less than 5 minutes after nurse was done, asked how he could help then genuinely listened to my goals and we set up a preliminary plan to work on my back pain. Very happy and left feeling like l wasn't just a number.

Melissa is absolutely the best! Easy to talk to, very understanding of your needs, and best of all she does NOT rush you, or herself. Thank God, she is patient, sincere, caring and she actually smiles! I like her alot, more than any other doctor I have met since returning to Franklin.

Ethical and understanding! (Which is difficult to do.) The very first thing said was that they can help and they are helping all my problems that cause pain. It's the insurance that is challenging.

Everything from check in to check out was excellent. The ladies at the front counter were very nice and friendly. Dr. Hecker is wonderful and explains things where you can understand them.

Well, Today I Met Dr. Hecker And The Staff At Envision Pain Management In Franklin, NC And Decided To Follow Up With My Pain Management Issues. They Were Very Polite And Professional And Together Hopefully We Will Coordinate A Team Approach To My Injuries And Pain Issues Because Nobody Should Be Forced To Live A Life Of Pain. Thanks Guys 🙂👍

Very precise and easy to follow. She was pleasant. She followed thru on calling in pharmacy medication.

My husband and I were at our first visit today and found that it the visit with Dr Hecker was very professional,and together we found a plan for my husband and myself.

Dr.Hecker & his Staff are all wonderful. Office staff is welcoming and friendly & Jessica will address all your medical needs. I am very happy with the care I received from Envision.

Everyone is so friendly and they don’t treat me like a drug attic or make me feel bad because I have to have pain medicine

Jessica straightened out my pain pill mix up today. I was so relieved. I'm a 100% better now. Thank you for your understanding. Jessica is my Wonder Woman. She's a great PA. Better than a Dr.

I've read some of the other reviews and have to say I have always had Dr. Hecker and Dr. Ackerman's full attention, whichever one I see when I have an appointment. I've been going to Envision Pain Management for 2 years now and have always been informed of any new treatments or medications available for my pain. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The appointments at Envision have all been helpful. With x-rays & MRI they have explained where I stand & what's going on. Dr Travis even went over my x-rays with me. I've never had a Dr do that. Not only concerned about my health but explain and even tell me what could happen. I really appreciate this. I rate Envision 5 star for sure.

The staff is friendly and they get you in quickly! Jessica is the best, she always listens and answers all of my questions.

I have been going to Dr. Hecker’s office for years and recently have not seen the same person for months. I seen Dr. Hecker last month and today I seen yet another person a Leslie Ackerman and it would be great to be able to see a consistent Dr. or PA on a monthly basis. Today after going to Dr. Hecker for years I was asked who referred me to them. I was told I had to see a neurologist for my spine problem after I got a new MRI on my back. I don’t have a problem seeing anyone that could help me with my pain in my back and especially my right leg but I was made to feel like I had somehow circumvented the system by being there. I really like Dr. Hecker but Envision Pain Management has to do better in having consistent Dr’s or PA’a for their patients. I deserve better care!!!!!

Dr. Hecker took his time with me & listened to all I had to say , he was truly amazing & there was no doubt he was extremely concerned for my well being .Excellent Doctor & awesome. visit! Front office staff, nurse & everyone I met were all very friendly.

Michelle always makes me feel like she’s really listening to my concerns. She takes the time to talk to me about how I’m feeling without making me feel like I’m just a “number”.
This is the BEST pain management clinic I’ve been to (I’ve been to three in the past 13 years).

Extremely knowledgeable, on my personal care. Very caring staff, addresses the issues, and find solutions, for my pain other than pain medication. I am so pleased, since I've been going, the improvement in my pain level.
