Taco Bell

We ordered on the app a few minutes before arriving to the location, so when we went inside, we had to wait a while. One of the workers asked us if we had ordered, and I let them know we ordered on the app. Soon after, they brought our order out to us and the food was nice and warm. We ate it inside the restaurant, which was very clean. I got the cheesy roll up and the cheesy fiesta potatoes, which were expected quality. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the food was fair, and the service was impeccable, so I had a great experience!

The person taking our order was named Gabriel. A excellent employee and representive . We had eaten there some time ago and the service and food was terrible. It’s been a couple years but it’s great to be able to eat there again. Thanks to Gabriel’s good service.

Over the past few weeks, my wife and I have stopped here as we travel the area. This is a top rated Taco Bell, The clerks in the drive through, always attentive and friendly. Placed take out window order with Gabrielle. Such a pleasant attitude. Rare these days. Order correct and delivered in a few minutes.

I just go for my favorite menu items...Doritos supreme tacos and the power bowl. I eat gluten free and these are safe for me to eat. There are a few items here that I have found to be alright to have.

I usually go here later at night. I tell the young man who works the drive thru that he is the most polite and friendly employee of a fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Food is consistently taco bell. I swear this restaurant hires the nicest people I've ever seen in any restaurant.

A young man who was running the cash register last week, Brandon Hoffman, saw an older couple coming in for lunch and they were having a slow go at getting in. Without hesitation, he went over to the door, held it open for them, and offered his arm to the sweet little lady and took her to the table of her and her husband's choice. When their food was ready, he brought it out to them. We acknowledged his kindness and he told us that his grandma was special to him and just smiled. He has stolen our hearts! Franklin store, you have a great employee and we think he is absolutely wonderful!

Update: I have found that the food is priced higher at this location than at other Taco Bells. Some claim it's because it is a franchise, but still!
Friendly counter person and all others appeared to be professional. Food was prepared neat and was very good.

Had a great experience! Customer service in our time is always very lack-luster. Not the case here! I simply picked my food up in the drive-thru, and the greeting from Kim working the drive-thru taking my order and giving my food. Very happy and has the mindset of giving customers a great experience! Many people in any kind of customer service career could learn a lot from Kim!

I just went through the drive thru in Franklin,NC the young man at the drive thru was so pleasant and kind. I didn't catch his name but do know he has reddish hair. I do hope you and your manager see this. Huge thank you for your kindness. 👏👏

I do a mobile pickup way too often here... that being said, they are great. Always funny in drive-through, you honestly feel like a friend or family member. Amazing customer service!

Stopped passing through, and I wish I lived closer because the Mexican pizza was the best I ever had. It was perfectly made - hot, fresh, not squished, and the toppings were evenly distributed. Will definitely stop here whenever I'm passing through.

Had an awesome breakfast quesadilla the other day and the person running the drive thru was very nice and helpful!!!

Customer service has gotten much better here and food is great. Nice and fresh!

Grabbed dinner here after arriving in town late and staying at a hotel down the street. This was literally the best Taco Bell experience I have ever had. The staff was amazing even though they were closing in 30 mins after I arrived. The food was fresh and tasty they did such a great job we ate dinner here the next night as well.

I ordered $40 OF food. They were swamped. A toaster press was not working so they had to press all on the two that did work. But the order was CORRECT which is great. The people were working together and I went home with my order to feed 9 people. I was pleased . Food was delicious!!!!

I love it Taco Bell open tell 12 a.m. and I can just run down the four-lane be there and be back home in 10 minutes. The Baja Mountain Dew it's the best I asked if they sold that exclusively and found out I can get it at Publix Maybe.. employees are always so helpful polite.
