Mountain Aire Golf Course

Course is absolutely beautiful! The greens and fairways are absolutely top notch. This course was incredible fun to play. We will definitely be back!

Very nice course, real mountain golf! Green fees a little high but the scenery on several holes were beautiful! Will diffidently go back!

This is truly one of my favorite golf courses near Boone. We play at least 2 or 3 times when we are visiting ;)

Nice course with great views. It was in great shape. The staff was very friendly. Some short par 4's and a couple long par 3's. The front 9 seemed harder than the back 9. I'll definitely play this course again.

What a fun course! Stunning condition, even late into the season. Wonderful practice area, and clear signage and yardage for every hole, which is certainly not a given on a public course. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Played Mountains Aire twice while in the mountains this summer. The staff is courteous and helpful. The course was in great shape and is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend playing here is you are in the area.

What a great golf course. Every time I play here it seems to be excellent shape. Great staff, affordable rates, awesome views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and just a fun course to test one's golf skills.

This is by far the best course I have played in Western NC. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's an absolutely beautiful course with wonderful views.

Not only is this a great course to play, but the staff is 5+ stars. Left my Augusta National Golf Club putter cover (a big deal, if you know what it is) in the cart. Called them 3 weeks later when I realized it was gone. They not only had it (a small miracle these days) but they shipped it back to me in 2 days.

Mountain Aire is a beautiful golf course in West Jefferson, NC. Very challenging with all the hills. Beautiful in the Fall.

Beautiful scenery. Very well maintained course. It was busy but we never felt rushed. Staff knew what they were doing to keep everyone spaced out nicely. Great experience!

What a fantastic golf course - a true representation of the "mountain golf" experience. The course design is well thought out - when dealing with the elevation changes: many challenges yet highly playable for all skill levels. Unfortunately we caught the course just after they did a significant aeration and top dressing - so did not get a chance to experience the full quality of the greens. Yet for ambiance, views, hole designs, and scenic vistas - it will be a pleasure coming back to play the course again - when the greens have fully recovered. It is a must play golf course. Enjoy it!

One of the best courses around. Amazing elevation changes, well groomed holes, and a super friendly staff. I play this course every time I'm in town. Every single hole is fun. It also isn't as busy as some other courses in the area. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Beautiful scenery, great place to golf for the novice and skilled. Staff were very nice every time I went. Greens are well maintained, and the price doesn't break the bank. Loved it so much, took my daughter who had never golfed before and now she's hooked!

Stunning views course is in excellent condition not a super hard course so even high handicappers can have fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it

Great course! Worth coming to spend the night and day to play. Bring your own snacks and lunch and be ready to play a nice mildly challenging course.
