First Citizens Bank

Works great for me. Never had a problem here yet.

5 tellers, 3 on inside, 3 people at windows, 3 people waiting, 15 min to get 2 min of service...

Have to go to the this branch now because they closed the Westgate branch about a year ago. Normally they only have two out of four drive thru lanes open. I typically wait in line at the drive thru a minimum of 15 minutes. They don't apologize for the wait and they are not very friendly. It takes them a LONG time to do a simple transaction. I miss the Westgate branch because they were quick and friendly. Too bad they didn't keep those employees when they closed that branch. I don't recommend this branch at all.

The Franklin, NC branch downtown never anwer their phones. I have to call my old branch in Sylva, NC for any problems and they answer on the first try. Not to mention you closed the closes branch we had off of Franklin Plaza. Now we have to rely on the only two ATMs that half the time are out of order. We need an ATM in the south western part of Franklin near Otto, NC. Could you please make this happen?? I have had to use an ATM which is very convenient to me near the Ruby theater. However, they charge $2.00 and then First Citizens charges $2.50. I always thought this was a good bank but now I have my doubts.

Can I give zero stars??? I tried calling the bank because I didn't get tax forms. They are so automated it took me a good five minutes to actually talk to a person. When I finally got through the telephone connection was horrible and I ended getting cut off about two minutes into the inquiry. This place is horrible and I'm taking my two IRAs to Nantahala!
