West Tupelo Medical Clinic & Urgent Care

I've brought my son in to urgent care twice so far and have had the most pleasant experience every time. He has suffered with ear infections and they always take every bit of my concerns so seriously. I love my pediatrician, but when it's a weekend and he needs to be seen, they are my first and only choice! The doctors are so genuinely nice and caring.

Highly recommended! Dr. Terry Miller is a great guy and one of the best doctor I have had the pleasure of knowing!

My boyfriend and I visited West Main Medical & Urgent Care Clinic on a Saturday mid-morning. My boyfriend had injured his eye and we decided to go there first since most eye doctors are closed on Saturday. We did not have to wait long at all (especially for a Saturday) and from the moment we walked in until the minute we walked out we were around medical staff that were so nice and helpful. Our doctor (Dr William Jennings) went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and his situation. The nurse, medical assistant and administration we interacted with were also extremely kind and compassionate. Dr Jennings went the extra mile to help us the best way we could and went out of his way to make sure we had the best care team after we left. I myself have been to the Urgent Care a couple of years ago and saw Dr Charles Abavare who also gave excellent beside manner and made sure I received the best medical care. The doctors and medical staff are some of the most kind and helpful medical professionals in Tupelo. I wish I had gotten the names of the medical staff that assisted Dr Jennings because they were also notable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I appreciate it more than you guys know! Y’all rock!

I went on a busy afternoon right after work. My doctor was very quick and professional:) the nurse was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable

My urgent care of choice out of the dozens of urgent cares in Tupelo. Generally low wait times (btw, the doctors/nurses/staff have zero control over your wait time, if you’re patient 16 out of 20 you’re gonna have to wait), excellent nurses, and every doctor there genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to help. Dr. Jennings in particular is marvelous, he could have easily waved away my eye pain as an infection and threw some antibiotics at me, but instead he put dye in my eye and found my abrasion! I’ve never had a negative experience here, and will continue to use them if I ever need medical care outside of my PCP’s hours.

I see Doctor Palmer, and she is wonderful! She has truly helped me. I also have seen Dr. Charles Abavare in the urgent care one day and he was very thorough! I was having a negative outcome to the flu shot. Everyone else told me it was normal, but he took me seriously and fixed me up! I love this place and trust them!!

I love coming here the nurses are very nice and they always makes sure you understand what's going on. And I love my Dr to death she is straight up and to the point..

Great staff! Wait is not too bad when you have an appointment. We have been to both sides and had great experiences.

Terry Miller is a great physician!!! He listens to you and is very compassionate.
