Capitol Auto was AMAZING! They were able to work out a loan for me in my monthly payment price range with the amount I was able to put down. I found an awesome car that fits me great. They were not pushy with their sales at all. They asked what I wanted to look at. Handed me the key to the vehicles I wanted to see and then stepped back to let me really look over each vehicle with no interupption or pushy sales tactics. The car I found had just come in and hadn't been detailed yet so I figured I'd have to go back for it today. That was not the case. The owner himself went out to detail it so I could take it home same day. They were able to work all tags and taxes into the loan and even set me up with car insurance. They were able to get two quotes for me. Being the cautious person I am I went online to see if I could get better rates elsewhere, but I couldn't. They got me set up with the lowest rate for full coverage that I could fine. They are so personable, helpful, and truly show real care for their customers. If you need a used vehicle please do yourself a favor and go to Capitol Auto in Smithfield.

I only give this place 5 stars because I can’t give more!!!! I drove by this place for about a month saying I was going to get my car from here. Just by driving by the cars look like they’re in great quality, and the whole atmosphere is very clean and neat! So finally I went in and it’s Brian to see my options. I went in unsure if I was going to leave with something as my credit score wasn’t too great. But Brian walked me through step by step and helped me and made me feel as if it’s okay to be in some situations sometimes, you can still get help! I explained my situation, told him what price range I wanted to stay in with buying and monthly payments and he was able to help me with my recommendations. He was so friendly, so informative, and just sooo very helpful! I came in stressed and unsure and I left fulfilled and excited! This places exceeded all my expectations! It is a wonderful place to make your car purchases. I 10/10 recommend!!!! YOU NEED TO GO SEE BRIAN!
