I recently visited concord mill for a return a they didn’t do it for me but I when to guess premium outlet and the were amazing accepted my return and at the end I just get something else. A good customer service make the difference

You will find a large variety of elegant and sparkly watches at very affordable prices. They have lots of great styles in clothing. I love shopping there! Also, the staff they currently have are all latinos and they make you feel welcome and are very helpful and friendly!

I saw the perfect wallet online and called the store to see if they had it. Sean answered the phone and went to look for it. He told me that they not only had it, but that they had it in different colors. When I got there, he showed me where they were and I was able to take my time to pick out the right one. Thanks Sean for being so sweet and accommodating.

We went into the store just to browse around. We ended up making a few purchases. The staff was very helpful in placing our home delivery as well as in store purchases. The lady with the short blond hair (her first day) and the red head were especially nice.

One guy was so helpful here (I don’t remember his name) but he was essentially my personal stylist. When he didn’t have pants in my size, he told me he could ship it to my house for free if I wanted to try on a different pair to get the correct size. Will be coming back many times in the future!!

The manager remembered my husband and I. That is quite a memory and superior customer service. He helped my husband find the perfect jeans and no longer has issues finding what he needed. Top notch service.

We came in the store looking for jeans but not knowing my size some how we wondered into the men’s section and ended up trying to try on men’s jeans immediately Co-manger Nick took action helped a plus size 13 year old girl feel like she could rock the world with jeans he had picked out for me. He works well with all the customers plus size and all Thank you Nick.

Nick and Seith were awsome!!! I have been shopping at guess for over 15 years. And by far they gave me the best customer service!!! They are are definitely an asset to the company.

NICK, SETH & TANNER ARE PHENOMENAL!!! Their attn to detail, level of cust svc, professionalism and tact was ON POINT!!! I went to this store and it was amazing , the customer service was outstanding Seth and Nick were amazing they treated me like I was family and helped me with my experience from when I came in the door to the register, it’s great to know this kind of hospitality and kindness is still around thanks guys !!!
