I had a very pleasant shopping experience which made my purchase easy. Hats off to Isaiah and Chanel for their warm greeting when I entered the store. It didn't stop there, Chanel checked on me and helped me pick the perfect shoe.

Upon check out, Isaiah told me about the cool reward program and how simple it was to sign up. That additional savings was the icing on the cake...

The young lady Andrea was so cool and patient with me today on making a selection. She was really nice and I had a great time in the store speaking with her. I didn't like that she was the only employee working...I felt like there needed to be at least 2 employees at that location at all times but nevertheless, Andrea was great! I love this Aldo store...great prices and selections.

Andrea is truly an amazing employee! I found some shoes on sale that were a little dirty and she offered to clean them for me and did an outstanding job. She did not have to do that but I appreciate it and this store should be glad to have an employee like her. It was also nice talking to her as well. Thank you Andrea for your awesome customer service!
