I went the other day to pick up some pine straw and ended up in a situation with my vehicle where I'd really needed someone else help. I reached to Keith who was assisting lady with propane tank at the moment and once he was done Keith went above and beyond to help me out. Always have a great experience when I go. Always friendly and willing to help! This morning my heat lamp went out over my chicks and I had no idea what was wrong with it. I ran right over to Stevens Ace Hardware and brought the whole thing with me. They did some trouble shooting and got me exactly what I needed quick enough that my girls didn’t even get cold!

Went on today to get a part for my lawn mower and the gentleman behind the counter helped me figure out a solution when they didn’t have the part I needed. He was very helpful and friendly and I will now shop there for all my hardware needs!

Great hardware store. We joined the rewards plan and get really good gift certificates in the mail now for $5-$25 off our purchases. We always buy our chickens' food here. Friendly staff and a cute little calico cat there to greet you! Great prices on mule city chicken scratch, laying pellets and horse feed.

This place is awesome. My girls and I love to go there, cruise the aisles for odds and ends, and watch the cat snooze the day away. They are friendly and always very helpful.

Today however, they went the extra, EXTRA mile to help. Andy helped deliver a grill to my house. He absolutely did not have to do this, but I truly appreciate it.

It’s just another example of how great this store is. It’s a true throwback to the hardware stores of the old days. I can’t compliment you all enough! Thank you!

Nice people work here. It is always preferable to support a local store instead of big box hardware stores. They don't have everything, but they will help you find something that works and they carry some unexpected products like local elderberry syrup to boot.

This place has everything you could ever imagine along with great customer service. I must have been asked by 4 people if I needed any help looking for something.

Love coming here! So convenient and the staff always helpful. They know where everything is and staff is super helpful. Much better experience than Lowes and Home Depot. Prices are comparable on many items plus you can get coupons if you sign up for their mailing list or rewards program. I like getting keys made here but my husband is always dropping in for one thing or another.

Always a wonderful experience when I go in. Today my Jeep needed a new Key Fob. They reprogrammed the new fib quickly and the price was great!! Thank you ☺
