We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

Dear P & A Svce. Thank you for repairing our toilet. From what we can see it is fixed and no longer wobbling. Both of the young servicemen were very kind, helpful and informative. We appreciate their hard work. I would like to point out that while working they leaned on the wall and left dirty handprints, please see the pictures.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the responsiveness and service we received from Josh and his assistant. They were prompt, professional, and they were able to find and diagnose our problem quickly and thoroughly. Josh told us exactly what our issue was and different options and price levels of what they could do to remedy the problem so we could make the best decision to fix it based on our budget. The work they did was excellent and tidy, and in less than 24 hours from when we first found the problem and called it in, the source of our leak was fixed. We are so glad we chose your company!

From the first time I called in to inquire about the plumbing and air services, to the last technician that left the house, they were ALL kind, friendly, professional, respectful, attentive, dedicated/committed, etc. Their finished work are very organized. The plumbing crew finished early because I had a big crawlspace for their technicians to move around. The HVAC crew dedicated their valuable time to stay a little later to finished the job. These are some very hard working folks! I feel safe with them in and around my house. I mean they were beyond great. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I am glad I went with Plumbing and Air Co. I will continue using them in the future and would recommend others to use them if quality is what people want. As a bonus, they were considerate of my $$$ and offered me products/services that was right for me. I ended up getting the best of the best.

Update: The technicians that came today to install my faucets did a great job. They were very accommodating and considerate of my concerns. Overall, my experiences with this company has been positive. They’re all easy and enjoyable to talk to. I highly recommend them.

From the time I called to ask for service ( Tiffany ) up to the appointed time meeting Josh and Jake everything was so smooth, very professional, got things done very quickly as well as very knowledgeable of what they are doing. They absolutely did a great job above and beyond, I highly recommended this company and will do business with them again. Thank you so much for a very commendable job.

Both our toilets were clogged wouldn't flush water was coming up through the base all over the floor 😱 this was our first time using them they showed up quickly after hours and fixed the problem. They were quick , courteous ,friendly , professional. We got the service membership they explained everything that was included in it...the prices we thought were right , the clean up was immaculate when they were done you'd have never known there was an issue...we were extremely pleased and will definitely use them for All future jobs we highly recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 stars 😁👍

My toilet and shower started overflowing and I quickly called this company. I expected then to come within the next 3 days. To my surprise, they sent out a technician within an hour! They assessed the problem and unclogged my main water line shortly afterward. The men were super professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. They also explained to me everything they were doing as they were doing it and let me know ways to prevent future clogs. I feel great about the service I received and the price was very affordable.

David came out to make sure our new system was set up properly... verified our Nest thermostat was connected properly... and answered all of our questions fully, professionally, and patiently. Very appreciative of his expertise... and how responsive The Plumbing & Air Service Company was to our questions and concerns. Our HVAC system was going out in the middle of December. I had The Plumbing & Air Service Co. come out for a second opinion. When they arrived, they were very cordial and let me know that my unit was coming to its end of life. So I asked for a quote and they were installing a new unit the VERY NEXT DAY. I was amazed at their punctuality and quality of work. They followed up with me following the installation and set up an appointment to check everything out before spring/summer. I am extremely happy with the decision to go with this company. They did a great job start to finish and then some!

Justin and Jacob greeted me with a comforting smile leaving me with sincere assurance that my services were going to be taken care of and they both did just that. They both showed great concern with great great team work! I loved it, everything was explained clearly and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service men...please get these guys to your home they will definitely get the job done..To the company I’m grateful thank you as well.

They were quite nice from customer service yesterday to the techs today. Broke down everything that was needed and even explained everything from the codes to the water heater. Broke down the different payments arrangements and actions that we could take. It probably took them about 2 and half or 3 hours to do everything they needed. The tech even gave me a $50 coupon and $10 off for putting a sign in the yard. I thought that was nice of them to offer that. Glad I called.

These guys are pros. They showed up on time, they were professional, courteous, made sure to go through the services with me before and after, and they cleaned up their worksite. Their pricing was very reasonable and pretty much what I expected for the job. I will definitely use their service again. The entire process was what you would expect, straightforward and on top of things

First time using this company for a persistent problem every 1-2 years. Had a special on drain cleaning and they honored that price with no problem. Anxious to see how long it stays unclogged this time. Friendly personalities, and very professional and knowledgeable. If it stays clog free for at least my usual time, will definitely call again or would call for other services as needed.

Great company to deal with, very professional, friendly and responsive. My AC went down in middle of summer. They came right away, checked the units, gave me few options. I decided to go ahead and replace 21 year old unit. Then my heater starting acting out few weeks ago. I decided not to wait until it completely brake down and get new one as well. So I am a repeat costumer. Strongly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with this company. They performed multiple services on my home and went above and beyond expectations each time. After contacting the company for different evaluations on the home they were here within 24 hours. In addition, every single person who came out to the home was overly friendly and would answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

David was wonderful! He took all necessary precautions entering my house - face mask and shoe covers. He was thorough and solved my issue in no time. I had an big issue with one of my outside faucets. I turned it on and NO water came out. I quickly checked the other side. It worked fine. Never having had to deal with this issue, I was truly lost. Insert Google. I read the reviews and called The Plumbing & Air Service Co. The ladies on the phone were so professional and helpful! They called back right away to schedule an appointment. Appointment Day...they called earlier to see if they could come, but I was on work call so I missed that. But an hour later they appeared. Devin and Chris were very patience and thorough. I ended up having to call them twice within a few days for unrelated issues. I experienced great customer service in all my encounters both via phone and in person. Their technicians seem very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed. (Hopefully no time soon. 😉)

We couldn't have chosen a better company. Quick estimate and repair within the same week. The repair team that came out to do the work was on time, very professional, friendly, and more than willing to answer any questions we had in regards to the repair. Not to mention their beautiful repair install! Highly recommend to anyone seeking plumbing repairs!

Devin did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our water heater, and presented all options. Great communication and helped explain any issues I had.
