All employees were great. Front desk was so helpful. Our car had broken down and we had to have part delivered. Hotel extended check out for us with no charge. Will definitely stay here when we visit Cherokee. Very clean and comfortable rooms, Best stay we have ever had, No complaints what so ever. I know you will be happy with your stay here.

Great place to stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Cherokee. Friendly and helpful staff. Great continental breakfast. Only 4 floors so not too crowded like large hotels.

Very nice hotel. This hotel is in a great location! Across the street from the casino, a few min drive to all the shops in Cherokee, fairly close to Maggie Valley and just minutes from The Great Smoky Mountains entrance( and we saw elk while we were there when we went to the GSM). The room was great, very clean and stocked. A/C worked well (wasn't on when we arrived though, that would have been nice). The front staff was very friendly. I didn't use the pool, so can't give a review on that. I would most definitely stay here again when going to Cherokee. I wish they would have offered a hot breakfast, but that is hard to find in hotels nowadays.

We chose this hotel because of their reviews for cleanliness. It held up to the reviews as we had a very clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the pool and it was great for our kids. The morning we left, we had to request the breakfast as it was not ready at the advertised time. Apparently there were few guests that night and perhaps some miscommunication from management left the front desk in a scramble to get the food out in a limited capacity. Our only recommendation would be that since breakfast is advertised, that it always be available no matter how few customers are staying. Overall, a very good stay.

Directly across from the Casino. This place is very clean & well maintained. Have stayed here several times & am never disappointed. The front desk service is good however the room attendants seemed not pleasant. However, would definitely use them again.

We stayed a night at the casino the night before... Then decided to stay in town another night, so we gave this place a try. It wasn't as fancy as the casino, but I thought this was really, very nice! The building is beautiful (I love the stonework). The room was very clean, and comfortable. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a fridge, a microwave, and a safe if you need it. The service was friendly. And if you're going to the casino, it's right across the street. The room at the casino was definitely nice, and I'd love to stay there again.... but next time we go to Cherokee I'd be perfectly happy to stay here again instead.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Cherokee. 100% satisfied with the room and breakfast.

Very Nice and clean hotel. Staff and service are always are great as well. This is mostly definitely my go to hotel in Cherokee. Only thing I would say is that I do wish the breakfast lasted until 10am instead of 9:30am.

Overall we had a great experience our refrigerator wasn't working properly but it turned out that the previous guest had just turned it down from behind the refrigerator. We told staff about it and they immediately came and fixed it. The only downside to this room was the bed was so uncomfortable my back literally hurt for days after we stayed. Everything else about it was great it was cool in the room the curtains closed completely for privacy the bathroom was clean no crazy smells. We will definitely come back and stay again and just hope we don't get the same room 🤣

Beds slept well, and our room was clean, conveniently located to the casino n other place. So far our first 24 hr was really good of our vacation.

Fantastic place to stay lovely decor,friendly staff,The room was spotless,spacious the bed was comfy,lots of TV channels and great wifi.Location is perfect right across from the casino.Vending drink and snack as well as ice machines on all floors.

Lodging was clean and the staff was super friendly. Great location to the casino. Breakfast selection could use some work, but pleased overall.

We checked in at 6:02 am- the front desk worker was so nice and very informative. Prior to coming here we stopped at the best western where they were so rude. This lodge wasn’t only much better looking than best western but it was $15 less. When it was time for check out the next day, my husband got a gout flare up and they never hassled us to leave and hurry up, they gave us an extra hour. My husband and I will definitely be staying here whenever we are in Murphy NC. Great staff, service, and location.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Lobby area was very nice with stone fireplace. Right across from the casino and defiantly within walking distance.
