Both employees truly went above and beyond for me. The gentleman and the woman who works there are extremely professional. 10/10 recommend to tradesmen / women and the boots are amazing, worth the price.

had an issue with the steel toe in my boots hurting my toe so i went up there to swap them out as i hadn't owned them for 30 days yet.

Nayeli was SUPER helpful, she brought out probably almost 10 pairs of boots to help me find the perfect size and answered all my questions

Came in to buy new boots because my toe was hurting from the steel toe. Fantastic gentleman behind the counter looked up my account and found they were under warranty! Walked out with replacements! Great service and cares about customers!

Christine took her time, and made sure I had the exact in souls that I needed for my feet, I also found out the dimensions of my feet which I thought was awesome to know and I was able to order my exact shoe size. Can’t wait to get them!

This brand is a great brand to get if looking for the steel toe and water proof boots, talking from experience. The sales guys are very nice and knowledgeable about there products and they will go above and beyond to make there customer happy and satisfied about the service and the product.
There prices are pretty good compared to the quality of the product they got. These boots will last for a good amount of time before they wear out, definitely it depends on what type of work is being done while wearing them.

Great customer service! I finally bit the bullet and bought some high end boots as I work outside. I was shocked when I was told that the boots I bought had a 30 day comfort guarantee, I had no plans to use said guarantee but nonetheless after about 2 weeks the boots I bought weren't perfect for the work I do. So I headed back here to see if I really could swap the boots out after they had been through 2 hard muddy weeks, Steve my original sales associate was there and was more than happy honor said guarantee. I am very happy with my new boots and Steve along with Red Wing Boots have earned a loyal customer!

Told me things about my feet that I didn't know. Did you know that most people's feet are two different sizes! The customer service was fantastic. Steve was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely the place to go for work shoes!!! 🤠👌

Very comfortable and great looking quality boots and shoes. Clara won't try to sell you something that doesn't fit great, feel great and look great. Sized me at a 12. When I balked because I usually wear 13, she said, "try on the 12, red wings run true in size". I so wanted the 12s to be too small so I could tell her I know my own feet. Alas, the 12s were PERFECT! Just enough room in the toe and my feet weren't coming out of those boots until I go to bed! She didn't have the soft toe in my size so she found them at another store and shipped them to me (with Christmas wrapping paper in July :) ) for free. I'll be coming back for sure!

One of the best Redwing store. Though this is 65miles away from me I only buy shoes from here. Their service is the best Christine, Clair and Steve good people, they will take care you like you are friends. 3 pairs and counting
