Went here for a prom dinner and had a fantastic experience!
Gage was our server and he was Amazing!! He was super engaging, asked us lots of questions, and made the night feel really special! He was very apologetic when one of our dishes came out a little late and made everything right. We all seriously loved the guy, can't understate how great he was. The atmosphere was super great for a large group!
The food was so good. I got the Mesa Bowl with carnitas and it was the most juicy flavorful Carnitas I think I have ever had. The (virgin) Strawberry Basil Margherita was also delicious but the real winner was the (virgin) mojito, their lime flavor was really fresh and cut really well into the drink. The homemade chips, salsa, and guacamole were also unusually delicious for such a simple dish! We finished the night off with some desserts. The chocolate flan was pretty good and was a great light choice for after a filling dinner, the red velvet cheesecake was delicious but nothing beat the skillet cookie. It just melted in your mouth and was covered in ice cream that made it so perfect.

When the craving for margaritas and fajitas hits, there's one place that always hits the spot, Nuestra Mesa. We've searched high and low for our favorite Mexican spot, and we've finally found it.

First off, let's talk margaritas. Nuestra Mesa knows how to make 'em just right, perfectly balanced and dangerously delicious. Whether you like 'em on the rocks or frozen, they've got you covered.

Now onto the main event, the fajitas. Trust me when I say they're a game-changer. They are sizzless which means no ones staring at you when they come to the table, and the flavors are out of this world. Tender meat, fresh veggies, and all the fixings.

But it's not just about the food and drinks. The vibe at Nuestra Mesa is always lively and welcoming. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy good food with good company.

It's become our go-to whenever we're in the mood for margaritas and fajitas, and we know you'll love it too.

Amazing chips, salsa and guac. Had the tacos and margaritas. Wish the were traditional fruit flavors of margaritas but all the same can't wait to go again. Nothing is complimentary so be prepared price wise.

A unique Mexican place in a small town. Food tasted great and they were accommodating of vegetarian options we requested. Salsa was a bit too hot. Staff were courteous and wait time was decent considering the place was crowded at the time. Parking is street parking only and could have to check a few blocks out during peak times.

I went here with my bf for date night and the food was delicious. It's probably some of the best Mexican food in town. The margaritas were delicious, the chimichangas were amazing, and the rockfish ceviche was really tasty. Our server Holly was really attentive. She asked us for refills and checked on us as needed. The service and food was definitely five stars. I will probably come back again.

My mom and I arrived right before several tables of people came in around lunch time. We were greeted and seated by Kellen who was also our server. As we were enjoying our meal, many more people came in. Kellen seated each group while also taking orders and checking on existing tables. He did such an amazing job engaging with my mom and I and his other tables, then politely excused himself each time to check on another table. Kellen was so busy but made sure each guest had what they needed while delivering excellent customer service.

Pleasantly surprised at just how great Nuestra Mesa turned out to be. Went here ona whim and left happy and satisfied. Others have commented on slow service, but that wasn't the case for us. Staff was available and helpful and took the time to go over some of the menu options. Love the fact that it's located in downtown Camas as we spend a lot of time there. Again, food was delicious, hot, and prompt. Tacos were better than most in Vancouver. Drinks were brought to us soon after ordering and were tasty as well. Mixed reviews here, but perhaps Covid is the culprit on super busy days?

So many drink options, yummy food & good service. We enjoyed exploring their deco!

The waitress was accommodating with my ordering al la cart. Had a taco where the meat was dry but flavorful. The enchilada was perfect! Super good with green sauce - wish I had two!

By far my most favorite restaurant. Service is great, food is amazing, perfectly located. I cannot say enough about this place! The chili relleno is insanely good!! I’ve had them elsewhere and no other restaurant can compete with Nuestra Mesa!

We shared the rockfish ceviche and the chicken fajitas, plus chips and salsa to get us started. Everything was so good! At the end, the waiter even brought us multiple appropriate containers for our leftovers! New place for us to bring visitors!

I live in Sandy so this was a jaunt but our friends were insistent that we check out their favorite Mexican restaurant. Heading there on Friday at rush hour made the commute even longer but it was soooo worth it.

This place is where attention to detail comes to learn. The service will set the tone because they’re so attentive and friendly. The cocktails, shout out to Aly who is the best, were beautiful and delicious! I can’t recommend the El Nuevo enough. It’s almost a Mexican scotch, so unique with rich depth.

The food will have you coming back again and again! From the apps to the mains you will not be disappointed! Don’t sleep on the Cochinita - best dish of the night.

Always great, interesting, unique food! Tacos pastor and shrimp were amazing! The chicken poblanp soup is always so delicious!
Busy Friday night, very busy, one server (not ours) was grouchy, all others very helpful and friendly.

We celebrated my birthday here. Both foods and drinks were delicious! Their bartender could totally be a Drink Master mixologist. Sooo good!! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Love this place! The food is good, and varied. They have beer on tap, and while it's not extensive, they are local, and again, varied. The employees have all been nice, and the interior has a nice ambiance. This place is great for Mexican food that is a little nicer, and a little different, while still delicious!

I like Mexican food however my opinion of the plate of food is after you start eating no matter what dish it is they all look the same. A pile of rice and beans and mush. My experience at Nuestra Mesa was completely different. My meal was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. Even after I was full the plate still looked great and organized. The food here is above any Mexican place I have ever eaten. The prices are no higher than any Mexican restaurant I have eaten at in my 60 years. I would certainly go back again and again. They have a bar side and dinner side for families. Both are decorated perfectly and such a warm feeling.

Finally... a Mexican restaurant that delivers on the promise of "Authentic."

Admittedly, we did stand at the hostess desk for quite a while waiting to be seated, but this was understandable as we dropped in on a Saturday evening, and they were decently busy.

That being said, the staff was quite attentive and friendly once we were seated.

My wife and I ordered the Ceviche, Chips & Salsa to start followed by 2 street tacos each.

The chips tasted like they were made in-house, and the salsa was packed with flavor. The Ceviche was the correct balance of fish/tomatoe/onion/lime, had the perfect level of heat, and the tacos were absolutely delicious!

Amazingly, with as busy as the restaurant was, we litterally had our Ceviche, Chips & Salsa within 2-3 minutes after ordering, and the tacos came to the table shortly after... crazy fast.

Had a fantastic lunch here today! Our server was AMAZING and was such a sweetheart. She made our lunch experience really amazing. Thank you Nuestra Mesa!

The food and the drinks were delicious!! The environment was so fun and the staff was very polite and fun to talk to! I would come back here next time I visit :)

Great food. Little pricey but total quality. Had pastor tacos, beet salad, and Brussel sprouts; all was great till gone. Would/ will definitely go back.
