Great selection of juices, disposables, pod vapes, tank vapes, Delta 8 products, THC compounds, and other smoke merch. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always happy to make a recommendation based on smoking habits and flavors.

Update: New products and flavors come in pretty regularly with current management and staff. The prices on a lot of the juice and disposables are awesome too! Apparently, if there's a flavor or product they don't stock usually, you can request they order it if their supplier carries it. 10/10

It's the "Magic Vape Shop" and always has something I'm looking for

My wife and I quit smoking back in March, and this store has been a godsend for helping us switch to vaping. They are helpful and friendly and always take the time to answer our questions.

I especially like their points program, that allows you to build up points from purchases, and I accumulated enough points to buy a whole new mod!

One thing I really like about their selection is that they aren't one of those shops that only sell their own formulations, but instead sell all the top-shelf brands. I've had some bad luck with poor quality juices from some stores, I have found that this store has been really good to help avoid picking up lower quality juices. Their recommendations have been spot on every time.

They have the best selection in town and have very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Ryan and Malvin are both really great. They have been super helpful, and both my wife and I have both found ourselves staying longer in the store to hang out and chat with them even after we had made our purchases. The atmosphere in there is really friendly, and we have actually made some new friends just hanging out and talking with the other customers.

If you are looking for a great one stop shop, this is it.

They also have another store in North Raleigh that we've been to a few times to pick up items that were out of stock at the Garner store, and we found that store to be awesome as well. I think that is their primary store.

I go here a lot. Be cautious, "top shelf" isn't what you think here. Always ask what the shopkeeps like, they know their products VERY WELL. Exceptionally stocked, fairly priced, good rewards program. I got an entire vaporizer ($30?) for free just by being smart and saving up some points. Small parking lot, don't miss it. It's next to the weird frog statue that I like.

I have had the best experiences with this store as well as it's staff, their prices are very very competitive if not better than all the others in the area, and to top it all off the customer service is ridiculously great, literally the entire staff know my name already and greet me by name walking in. Couldn't ask for a better place to get my stuff. The employees (points to Jeff and Kevin) are personable and will help you out no matter the question or difficulty, and you can tell they care you have a good experience while in their shop. I'll spend money with them any day of the week.

Came into this shop today looking to buy complete new setups for myself and my girlfriend and had the best experience in a vapor shop yet. The employee's name was Ryan and he gave me all the ins and outs of all the new mods and tanks and got me set up with what best described what I was looking for! Prices are great on hardware AND juices, some of the lowest I've seen anywhere. This shop earned a long time customer out of me today and I look forward to going back soon!

I’m not the biggest vape enthusiast out there, but I like to visit shops every few weeks. This is one of the best shops I’ve been to in a while. A little bit more pricey than some places, but with good deals and a great selection. The staff is not only very knowledgeable and friendly, but also refreshingly honest. You’ll walk out with the best options for you and not just what they want you to buy. I’d rather make a 20 minute trip here than go somewhere only a few minutes away.

Excellent vape shop. They generally have most of your Hardware items in stock they Carrie the entire lineup of naked e-juice plus other popular favorites always very friendly and knowledgeable staff and I feel that prices are fair compared to others frequent this place once or twice a week for all of my vape needs and will continue to do so A++

Stopped by to "upgrade" from a little pen type vape setup and was EXTREMELY impressed by the guy behind the counter. Didn't catch his name but not only did he know his stuff but he was SUPER helpful in getting me started and understood my position as a newbie. After the sale, he hooked me up with some general knowledge to get me started and here we are. I'll definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend stopping by!

NOTE: It's hard to spot the shop from 401 in traffic. They're in a really small brick building with a tattoo shop next door and the parking lot is in a small "U" shape. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend hitting these guys up!

Dropped by this Vapor store on the way to school. I really like this store. The customer service is friendly and very knowledgeable on Vaporizer products. They assisted me on picking the right type of battery and tank, As I was very new to vaping. I also was able to meet the owner of the store. He was patient and taught me about all the different products in the store. Knowing my price range he recommended the Eleaf Istix. I then decided to buy it. I also liked how they set up samples, as many of the flavors I have never tried before. I had previously purchased e-liquid at the local tobacco store which I have found to be of poor quality after trying some of the samples. They also provide a discount program too! I recommend this store for all who vape.

Great vape store m, very large selection and very knowledgeable. Me and my girlfriend went in there 20 minutes before close and the gentleman took his time and patients and helped me pick out a whole set up for me and my girlfriend and helped picking out a bunch of ejuice. They also let you sample the juices before you buy.

Tony was amazing......customer service and employee knowledge is through the roof. I drove 25 miles past my hometown vape shop to come here. I will return! Great selection of hardware, accessories and juice. Nice place to chill and vape too.

What I dont understand is why its other cloud 9 child branches like in Raleigh the stuff costs more..
I got the same brand battery here(Garner main store) for $7 and in Raleigh it was $11 for 1 ?!?!😲

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is great. They always have the coils and parts for my older vapes and they are consistently getting new stuff in.
