Immediate Care of Oklahoma - Edmond

I was visiting for a TB skin test and l came for a walk-in appointment and left within 30min. Everything was quick and easy, and the services were great. Despite being short staffed, the lady at the front desk handled her business with efficiency and while wearing a smile. She greeted every patient and made sure to give a nice word to each patient as they were heading out the door, even if she was currently helping someone else.

Very good! From registration to exam, all were nice and efficient. PA was very knowledgeable and to the point. Asked good questions and sent prescription. All done. Quick and easy, just what I needed.

We’ve been coming to this urgent care for the past 4 years and have always had a good experience. Even if you don’t make an appointment, the walk in wait times are short. The physicians and RNs on staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff is always pleasant. Myself, husband and son have all been seen here for various reasons. I’ve referred my parents who also now go here and love it. Highly recommend.

The lady at the front desk that i spoke with first, she has a soft voice. She is absolutely the sweetest and adorable front desk person. (Lack of better words, sorry)

In the last month I’ve needed care from a laceration, wound care, flu shot, & a fractured metatarsal. These guys have handled everything so eloquently!!! I’ve been in healthcare all my life & am somewhat spoiled. These people couldn’t do a better job!!! Amanda was great trying to stop the bleeding from my leg wound, Dr. Todd awesome individual helped me with wound care & Angie with my fracture. The office manager, Connie, awesome. She will check you in, take vitals, put your cast shoe on, she dives in & helps in anyway she can. From the initial greeting from the receptionist, to the MA’s, x.ray tech & those I can’t remember, 👏🏼!!! They give you much better care than any of my regular physicians, they actually are hands on, not standing at the doorway or across the hall to treat you. I don’t know how you treat a patient without hands on for the examination, but these guys don’t hold back!!! And if they need to refer you, done, they will set the referral up, & call you back asap! Anyway I think you can grasp the picture here-they are 5 star ⭐ employees & I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤!!! Ty & God bless!!!!!

It was easy to get an appointment and I didn’t have to wait. They checked several things to determine what was wrong with me. They seemed like they cared how I felt.

Visited here and loved the staffers! One of the two ladies up front shares the same birthday as me. She has an apricot tree that bears no fruit. I have peach trees which share that same reality. Fruit bummer. Anyway, they're great.

Dr Quy was sharp, efficient and really nice. I hope I don't have to return, but if I do I'll be sure to come here.

New to area but hubby needed urgent care. Immediate care was a great experience from ease of walking in to interaction, communication and treatment by medical staff. Ty for the great care.

I can't say enough good things about Immediate Care of Oklahoma-Edmond. My family and I have been coming here for a variety of medical needs, ranging from COVID-19 tests to flu tests and even school physicals. The level of care and attention we've received has been nothing short of exceptional.

The doctors and nurses are not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience. What's more, the efficiency of the staff ensures that we're in and out in no time, without compromising on the quality of care.

I was in Edmond for a doctor appointment when I started feeling badly.I was driven to Urgent Care by my son-in-law.I waited 20 minutes to see nurses.They were very caring and professional.They listened well and ran flu and strep throat tests.I had flu A.The doctor explained the meds and plan.I am much better.I highly recommend Immediate Care of Oklahoma!!

The staff at this location are so welcoming and attentive. Amanda (the PA) makes you feel very comfortable and actually listens to your concerns.

Very friendly. The manager was super nice, she goes above and beyond. I went into do a drug test. From beginning to end I was there about 20 min. Positive experience.

Very convenient to put in an appointment earlier in the day and skip the waiting room. The nurse who checked my vitals was efficient and polite and the PA promptly came in with my test results. She was compassionate and took her time making sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan!
This was not the first experience here, and almost every time it’s been a quick and pleasant experience.

Everyone was kind and quick to attend to all patients. All my questions were answered and everyone was nice.

One of the best urgent care that I visited in Edmond. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They took care of me right away. The PA listen to my health issues and gave the right meds. I would recommend this place to anyone.
