Bank of Oklahoma is always there to resolve any problem I have. My debit card had unusual purchases showing on it. BOK was right on it contacting me, shutting down my card, and removing the charges. I could go to a branch and get a new card or have one mailed to me. It was on its way the next day!! Thank you Matthew and BOK

I have always had an excellent relationship with BOK. They have
always supported me through
good times as well the very lean
times. In the 26 years not one time
that I recall ever been treated unprofessionally. I opt into

Fantastic branch. I have been using BOK to store my funds since my parents helped me set up an account just after finishing high school at the tail end of the 2000's. Now, as a (relatively) young, grown man, so long as I continue residing in either the Tulsa or OKC metro areas, I cannot think of a more desirable or reliable financial institution to trust my hard earned money with. Around 2013-ish, I can't remember if it was this branch or the one at 81st and Garnett, I made a cash deposit using the drive through ATM (which works reliably 99.9% of the time). The machine only registered $200 of my $500 deposit. I was panicky. I described the situation to the branch staff and they assured me that nightly counts were performed, and excess money discovered would be allotted to the rightful account. They were right, the next day I had my correct account balance.
I've been using this location as my primary branch for about the last 3 years now. They are always kind, understanding, and reliable. Even as a grown man, I still find myself in a tight spot, financially, once in a blue moon (which is why I got my butt back in college, but that's beside the point), and on that note, as long as you are a generally responsible customer and are not trying to take advantage, they are VERY willing to work with you on issues such as overdraft forgiveness, or needing to get a new bank card because charges for old services you don't even remember signing up for keep draining your account, et cetera.
This post has kind of gone all over the place, but, TL:DR, BOK has been good to me. If I were to use the language of friendship to create an analogy describing how I relate as a customer to BOK - I'm chill and comfortable kickin' it with pretty much all the BOK locations, but this branch would probably be like my bestie. 5/5 Stars 🤑

BOK in BA is my bank of choice without any question! I've had such a pleasurable experience banking with them. The teller Natalie goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. BOK helped me get through college, and are currently helping me with my mortgage. Great job!! Keep up the fantastic work guys!!!!! = )

The service I received from Jordan was GREAT! He spoke and carried a conversation as if I was a friend not a customer.
Through all this COVID-19 regulation he still gives service with a smile even though you can’t see it!

Good banking experience for financing my new car. Only thing is the hispanics who go to the one i use have very little english so a group of several on MANY occassions got rude to the teller when she told them eventhough the check is written on their bank they still must have I.D's with their photos on them, instead of going to get state I.D's less than 4 miles away, they were bullying toward her with 3 lines opened, about 20 people were being held up until a couple of the office people (loan officers) started taking payments using one of the drive through registers. I really feel sorry for those tellers.

I was late for a Dr.'s appt and just threw a check and id into the vacuum thingy and they processed it immediately. I was in and out of drive thru in just a couple of minutes! YAY!
