This was the best phone upgrade experience ever! The staff greeted me so warmly upon arrival. Jennifer quickly assisted us and went above and beyond her customer service duties. She was very kind and knowledgeable. They only had a staff of three, but you could tell they were a team. We were very, very impressed! This should be a model for all U S Cellular stores.

Lindsey was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations. He helped me with a change of ownership by filling out the form and emailing to another US Cellular agent out of state!
