I received my order fast and the food was fresh! I love this Cava location because they have excellent customer service. Izzy was very helpful and served me with a smile!

The restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking. The drink area was clean as well. They also offer a pickup area.
The food was good. Meat was well seasoned & everything was fresh. I love eating at any of their locations.
The employees were great. Robert displayed excellent customer service. However, I believe some training for some employees would be helpful. When preparing bowls, is you choose not to get lettuce, then you should get more rice (see pics). I did bring it to their attention & it was corrected. I appreciate that.
We purchased 2 bowls. Roasted veggies & grilled chicken. Delicious!!!
They also have a rewards program.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance & outdoor seating as well. Very relaxing inside.
I will say this, I got a warm feeling from the staff; like a family unit. The impression was they work well together & care about each other. That’s so important nowadays. I love that versus a hostile environment where people have attitudes & chaos. I will definitely return to this location.
PLEASE REMEMBER, have patience, you never know what someone is going through or what kind of day they may be having. It may be a reason they aren’t smiling or talking.

I came to CAVA before heading home and Shara and Tiara were amazing! They greeted me with smiling faces and welcoming me to CAVA. Customer service and the food was top tier! They are awesome and I will be back! ❤

Shara was amazing! It was our first time, we had a wonderful experience. We ordered 2 BYO bowls, and although they were unfortunately out of avocado this evening, Shara offered us a few alternatives, she had the best customer service I’ve encountered in a while. I will definitely return to this location in hopes that I’ll have another great experience.

Just ate for the first time and it was awesome! Their bowls are fresh and delicious with a ton of different ingredients in them, plus they're so big I couldn't even finish mine. Since I've been trying to eat healthier and I love variety, this will definitely be a place I'm coming back to! Their pita chips are also very cripsy and delicious; they give you the crunh you want after having a bowl. The staff was also very friendly. If you're looking for a good Mediterranean joint this place is great!

Everything was amazing! The manager Tiara and Keymillie and Brett had amazing customer service. Greeted us as soon as we walked in with smiles. The food was fresh! All in all a great experience! We will definitely be back!

I just received the best overall Customer experience from this cava location. Not only was the food heavenly and music amazing , but Tierra provided me the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. I will be back for the culinary way she just assembled my bowl.

I wish I had asked for her name but staff was super friendly! It was my first time trying this place everyone has been raving about. I haven’t even tried my food yet but wanted to make a review just on experience alone. Every time I go to chipotle they’re skimpy and rude unlike cava. Cava for the win I already know this food is going to hit 😋🙌

This food is so delicious. Everything here is excellent. If you like spicy, try a dish including the harissa honey chicken. Something else that's really tasty are the lamb meatballs. Get both if you get a bowl! The food is flavorful. Even the strawberry citrus drink is tasty and you will want a refill. So good, highly recommend.

I come in here all the time because I work in the same shopping center and everyone is always so kind and accommodating. Tiara helped me on my last visit and honestly made my day with their kindness and humor. It’s so easy to overlook good customer service but I’m here to say it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks y’all!

This was my first time here and was greeted with a warm welcome. I didn't know what I wanted and an associate named TIARA quickly came to my rescue. She recommended the Harrissa Avocado bowl. OMG it did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. New favorite spot.

Very glad a friend told me about CAVA. Many healthy options and fresh food. I had the chicken and Right rice bowl and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Nikki made my bowl faster than I could ever imagine (I’ve never seen an avocado get cut up that quickly!), but was also friendly and helpful. Food is flavorful, high quality, and priced fairly.
