I originally wanted to move to this complex in 2019 however it was just being built and only one unit was available. I waited one year to finally be able to move here and I am so happy to be here! Everyone in the office is so nice. I recently had a matter of concern but the Leela happily helped me out with it and it was resolved. Thanks again Leela!
The very few maintenance issues I have had were addressed within a day or two. So quick!

Lacy management made my search for a new home seamless. Communication was great, Joanna was very knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions. Process time took a couple of days but only because they were getting approval for my accommodations. Quality of the home was top tier! We rapped everything up in about 4 days and they continue to support. I would definitely recommend.

This company has been great to work with and I have been able to not only find a rental but also they have also help me purchase my first home. I have seen some of the other reviews about this company and over all most appear to be positive and the ones I found that were not were usually regarding a dispute with security deposit. 🤷🏻‍♀🤷🏻‍♀ which I would expect, people are always going to complain even if they did damage the home they lived in, just human nature But I rented my home with lacy for two years and just closed on purchased home. They have helped me the whole way!!!! Have not reached the process of security deposit yet but they gave me a move out check list so I can make sure everything is done correctly 🤷🏻‍♀ will keep updated 😊

We are about 7 days out from being granted access to the house leased through Lacy Management Inc. So far the process has been very smooth. Joanna, our point of contact has been very helpful and informative. The showing of the home was simple and straight forward. Their portal page is straight forward, and because they are local to North Carolina it is easy to get in contact with them if you have questions about the leasing process. They also broker well between landlord and tenant to make sure both parties best interests are met.

Fantastic company. Quick to respond to maintenance issues and most things were seamless. Move in cleaning wasn’t the best but they are very responsive. Natalie is SUPER SUPER AMAZING!! She made everything a breeze from the start. Maintenance people are also fantastic. Very polite, diligent and hardworking.

My experience with Lacy Management has been above and beyond my expectation, the reason for the 5 stars. I first found them on Zillow, and I was impressed by their website. I started my search early, and despite it being early, they quickly responded to my inquiries with the same diligence as if it were closer than later.
They always responded to all my question, which were many. The process to finding the home that was perfect for my desires and needs, and every step of the way (application, viewing, signing the lease) has been seamless.
I asked a lot of question, and every one was answered in a manner that let me feel that answering them was just as important to them, as my asking..

Natalie from Lacy Management was phenomenal. My wife unexpectedly got an opportunity for a new job outside of Raleigh NC. We happened to be in Raleigh for the weekend and we decided last minute to check out some available rentals on Zillow. We found a property we liked at 1pm on Saturday and sent a request to tour a Lacy Management run property ( with little expectation to be able to tour the property on such short notice). Much to our pleasant surprise, Natalie responded and we were able to tour the property within 2 hours of our initial request. The rental was exactly as it appeared on the Zillow posting. Sunday, my wife and I proceeded with a rental application and by Monday our rental was approved. Throughout the entire process Natalie was quick to respond to my questions and provided consistent updates throughout the application process. My wife and I are very grateful of the support and are excited to complete our move to NC

Let me tell you; I value and respect Lacy Management!!! Mr. Satya and the team professionalism is honest an urgent. They helped me feel as though the townhouse is more my home than just renting space. If I didn't have to transfer to another district; my fiance and I would still be there.
