My favorite thing about this company is that they are honest. As a long time shopper I can truly say that I have never contact Katie or her staff and not gotten incredible service. Katie continually has evolved and improved the companies policies and buying trends based off of customer feedback all while producing quality clothes that she herself and her staff proudly wear as well. As a customer I know that my business is valued and that is felt every time I walk through the doors. I am proud to shop and support September and Company and will continue to support such an amazing "small" but incredible business.

Excellent store, been shopping here for years - since she was selling clothes out of her home!! Katie is amazing, really cares about her store and customers. Clothes are absolutely beautiful, always get a ton of compliments on everything I wear from Katie May's. Those who have given negative reviews - a lot has changed and tons of improvements have been made. Highly recommend shopping here, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered 2 separate times from Sept. and co for the 1st time ever...Once the end of October and the 2nd early November. All items were pre-order so I knew it would take a bit longer than normal for my items to get here! The beginning of December I called just to see if I could get an update with my orders and Candy (I believe) checked into my account and went to find that all my 1 of my 4 items were in and filled my order and sent them out that day! She was amazing to talk to/work with! She apologized for it taking so long which she didn’t need to as everyone is having shipping delays this year! I got my tracking notice later that day and within a week or so my items arrived & loved them all!
I will definitely be ordering again! 💜

I have been following September and Co for awhile now and in January I finally ordered some preorder items. After waiting a few months and still no order, I called their customer service. Immediately the person I spoke to was apologetic and said they had just recieved my items except for one. She offered me a store credit or another size, I opted for another size and my items will be arriving on Monday! I was super happy with how professional everything was handled and can't wait to order again soon!

Having my first order with this company in and it being almost two months with nothing to show but a bill and two emails unanswered I wanted to see what people were saying in their reviews. I came across several with the same issues. The companies response in one of the reviews was they have a new booking system on their site, you put in a time for them to call you about your delayed order and man were these gals on it! My call was scheduled for 9am which I received a call on the dot! She expressed her supplier issues and offered to get part of my order out today. Within minutes I received a tracking number.

Super happy I read about the scheduling system and so happy with the customer service. You guys rock! Can't wait for my items. Thanks again

Just like with a lot of businesses September & Co/ Katie Mays has dealt with struggles this last year. I was finally able to get ahold of one of the kindest people I have spoken to in customer service, ever. She was open and transparent and I value honesty most. Although they do not do refunds they do offer store credit and are happy to help. She went above and beyond addressing my concerns. The # on Google is not their # anymore so I suggest going to the website and contacting them through there. If you, like me, have been been having issues with your order the last few months I recommend trying again and letting them help you. End of Edit.

I place an order on February 2nd as a pre-order. Then I got an email saying that i could get store credit and have my item replaced with something else but "similar" if i didnt want to wait on my original item. I called around the beginning of April because it still hadn't shipped. I talked to someone at the warehouse who apologized saying that the manufacturer they used didn't have the product in my size and they would hopefully have it soon. It's been almost 3 months since I ordered and still nothing. I've tried calling and trying to get through to all of their extensions. I've emailed multiple times. I've left messages on all of their extensions for weeks now and I haven't heard a thing. All I'm asking is for a refund for a product that I'm clearly no longer receiving. I've seen lots of people praise this company on social media but I guess unless you are an influencer you aren't that important to them, but they sure are glad to take your money.

Literally the most amazing boutique ever! The most genuine caring people work here and if there is an issue - it will get resolved RIGHT AWAY. Katie truly cares about this business and treats her customers like family. I have been shopping here for over a year and a half and have had nothing but amazing customer service experiences, not to mention the style is amazing!! If you haven’t jumped in and shopped here yet you are truly missing out.

First, I really love this place! I've seen a lot of reviews about issues with shipping and this has happened to me. My stuff has been delayed through no fault of theirs and I've experienced it with other boutiques and even places like amazon. With my last issue, I received multiple coupons for 25-30% off my purchase during my wait, and the owner Katie herself even called me on my cell to explain the cause and apologize. I was given free gifts for my inconvenience, I felt that both Katie and Candy truly cared and wanted to make it right. As I said in my last review, I can only think of 1 or 2 other stores that truly have customer service like this and care about the customer and if they're happy. This is hands down one of my favorite places to shop!

I've purchased many things from Sept & co for years! Since they started and were operating out of Katie's house. I have a lot of positive things to say but especially how the operation has been going the last year or so. Any confusion I have had has been by my own fault. (Preorders take a bit longer to come in than in stock, so if your wanting something immediately, understand that preorders are not what you choose) With in the last year I have made several orders and I literally receive the items in about 3 days. They're almost as fast as Amazon! Also, the communication is out of this world. The girls who are holding down the fort there are so responsive and informative and extremely helpful. New Items are added almost daily and they cater to all sizes. Shout out to Candy for her awesome customer service this week!
PS: After reading several reviews accusing all the positive review to be friends of Katie's, I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know, I have never met Katie. LOL

Okay so I found sept & co about 9 months ago and I cannot express how much this company has worked their butts off to improve every single day! Their shipping times have drastically improved, most in stock items now ship same day! The quality of their products are amazing and are reasonably priced. They have outrageously good sale, pretty often! And the staff... they are literally all AMAZING! I will admit there have been a few mistakes with some of the orders I’ve placed; however, they literally bend over backwards to fix the mistake, quickly, every single time! For a small, growing, business you really cannot pick a better company to support. I am embarrassed to admit just how many orders I have placed in the last nine months and will remain a loyal customer forever!

I was told about September & Co from a friend and gave it a chance. I am so glad I did! You have pushed me on clothes and shoes I would have never have worn and I only hear compliments from family, friends and even strangers about the items I buy. I am even encouraged with items that she knows would look good on me that I would likely not even look at buying. The customer service and the absolute experience every time I shop with Sept & Co is top notch. Everything is adorable ! Everyone is always so sweet and helpful. I have now been a customer for almost 5 years, and my place to shop is here and the family always knows where to get me gift cards. LOVE THIS STORE!

I literally can’t say enough good things about this boutique. Listen. I am plus sized. 16 in American eagle jeans. 38C bra size to give you an idea. I spent a lot of time looking at their website, and decided to take the plunge and order a couple of their dresses and a denim jacket.

Less than a month later, I have placed 4 orders with them and received them all SO FAST. I always got shipping information next day, latest.

I have reached out to them several times with questions and things like that and they always are quick to respond.

I know that the women they have model aren’t super diverse in size, and I think the owner is trying to correct that, but easier said than done perhaps. When you shop online you have to be very aware of your body shape. Just knowing that and what type of items usually work for you goes a long way in life. And honestly, most places you shop DONT HAVE PLUS SIZE WOMEN IN THE CLOTHES ONLINE. So I really don’t understand why this company is getting so much flack for that WHEN ITS THE NORM.

Now, everything I have gotten has felt sooo nice and been super flattering on. I do fluctuate in size when I order - just based on how I want it to fit. But if you get things in your normal size, they will fit. I’ve had no issue with that at all. Everything I have gotten has made me feel soo pretty. Even the “one size” items (which I normally steer clear of for sizing issues) has fit and been flattering with no problem. But again. YOU HAVE TO BE AWARE OF YOUR OWN BODY WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE.

Anyways, this company is AMAZING. Their clothes are amazing. Their customer service is top tier. Shipping is always quick. And I feel super confident in everything I’ve gotten from them. Once I take pics in everything I’ll update with those. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you. You’ll miss out on a great thing.

I’m incredibly picky about the quality of clothes and I love every single item I’ve purchased from September & Co. Recently the retail industry and most small businesses have been hugely impacted by COVID 19 and delayed shipping times so some orders were delayed for weeks. My order from May was delayed and I was able to talk to customer service, I went in the store and they got my order figured out and clothes I love before a trip I went on. Kudos for the top notch service even in these tough times! This is a small mom-owned business and the quality of the trendy clothes is amazing and I shop here every season to refresh my wardrobe!

This boutique is honestly one of the best shops I’ve shopped at! I actually went there personally when visiting Raleigh and met some of the ladies who work there and they were the sweetest! Everything I buy is sized just how they promote it. Love their sizing as well I mean a 16/18 should be an XL and I love that! When I buy something that is actually in stock it literally ships out the next day! Still waiting on a couple pre-orders but when I have called about them I am given sweet and thorough responses about where the orders are. What more can you ask for in customer service? Y’all are killing it! Thank you for making fashion so fun!

After reading these reviews I’m so confused, this business is amazing!! I think what people are not taking into consideration is if you order a pre-order item it takes time, which they make very clear, I also think people are forgetting that this business is at the mercy of their company that provides them their items. Did we all forget we are in the middle of a pandemic? If you’re mail is taken longer, what do you think is going to happen with this business getting their shipments? I’ve never had any issues, they’ve always been fantastic to me, even called me to let me know about a shirt they don’t know when will come so they gave me a gift card instead of making me wait. And that phone call, came from the owner while she was home with her kids, that is the power of caring SO very much about her business and her customers!!! If you are ordering pre-order items, just be prepared to wait. They do offer items that are NOT pre- order which means you will get them faster. I think these negative reviews want to blame someone so they just blame the business instead of understanding what is going on in the world. Have some patience. Their pieces are high quality, pricing is great & you can tell the owner genuinely cares about her business and her customers. So let’s not jump to conclusions and just blame anyone we want to. Let’s remember we are in a pandemic and everything is taking longer, to include this business getting their shipments.

I’ve been a shopper with September & Co. for quite a few years now and I will continue to be for years to come! I’m in PA so I can only shop online but everything I’ve ever gotten (and it’s a lot 😂😅) has been amazing! So many of my favorite outfits and articles of clothing have come from this company. I’ve never had a single bad experience with customer service either. Everyone I’ve ever spoken with is so pleasant & so quick to respond! They are completely 100% transparent with all of their posts and expectations, and from what I have seen, they go above & beyond to make everyone’s experience a pleasant one. I’ve seen them go through the growing pains of expanding over the years, running a business in the middle of a pandemic, and more, and they have handled things as well as any of us would.

The best, and I mean THE BEST, boutique you could ever order from. I don't usually buy from boutiques because they are expensive and they can seem sketchy sometimes. BUT this boutique is my favorite of all time. The owner and her team is so sweet and incredible. The clothes are amazing quality and beautiful! They are fast and well go over and beyond for every single person. You will not regret checking them out, except you'll buy the whole store. Thank you Katie and your team for being the best small business around!

I LOVE this place!!! The clothes that she sells are wonderful. Shipping did take awhile but to be honest with you I ordered clothes from an influencer and it told me that the shipping times will be longer. So I already knew!!! I have 3 tops and 2 pairs of jeans and they fit true to size! They are beautiful and comfortable and flattering on me. I am a size XL and they are the perfect fit and length. The ONLY downfall is that I don’t live closer so I could shop in store! The owner is very attentive to orders and her communication is wonderful. Move to texas so I can shop in store!!!

I am OBSESSED with September & Co! I ordered a cameo jacket and blouse recently from an online sale and couldn’t be happier! I also ordered a dress (along with several tops) last year and I’m still in love with everything. I’ve been so impressed with the quality given the price of the clothes. From what I’ve seen of the owner she seems super creative, organized and one smart business savvy gal. I’m excited to visit the store soon!
