I have been a Big fan of Food Lion for a Long Time! This Location is Very Awesome and Very Incredible and it has a Great and Amazing and Very Fantastic Team!! I was at this Food Lion location on December 03, 2022 and I must say that the cashiers here have really good customer service skills. They will greet you while scanning your items and Not just grab your items and start scanning without saying anything. They also say have a nice day upon your departure. This may seem small to some or petty but good customer service Always keeps me coming back. At the beginning of the day or ending of a day is a Great Thing to be Greeted. You never know what a difference it makes. The store was well kept and stocked. Prices have gone up and of course that's Everywhere!! But with the Food Lion MVP card & coupons it helps a lot. Hats off!! 👒 👏👏 to this Food Lion 🦁😊.

I have to change my rating from 5 to 1 due to rude angry cashier, Tina. 10+ years of pleasant shopping here ruined. Refused to speak and did not bag my groceries. 7/20 at 12:54

Friendly workers, always have stuff in the same spot so it's easy to get in get what you want and go. Check out can be a little time consuming but they do have self checkout so that helps.

Got everything I needed except packing tape. I can't really hold Food Lion responsible for not having packing tape, it's not a Walmart LOL. Everything else was convenient and totally met my expectation for a good Food Lion.

Food Lion has come a long way in the past few years. This location in particular has improved a lot. The prepared food is amazingly good, produce is always fresh and the selection is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are always just right. This place is my choice for grocery stores in the area, beats out Harris Teeter every time.

There are Food Lion locations which are quite enormous however this location (while one of the smaller stores in terms of sheer square footage) always has all the items that I need, the fruit and vegetables are always fresh and of high quality and the deli person is extremely capable. Notable is that virtualy every single employee has excellent knowledge of where every item is located and if they have said item in stock. It is a pleasurable experience to shop at this location especially given that there is never a long checkout line owing to exceptional management and there is a "local" store feeling thanks to the employees' abundance of energy and cheerfulness.

That was a very nice food Lion I found things got in and got out very fast the associates were real nice and my son works there so I had to go see him but I didn't see him he was working

The Food Lion in Lillington near the courthouse has the friendliest, most helpful employees. Even being short-staffed & overworked has not diminished service. Yes, they are out of particular things at times, but that is a COVID problem. Store is clean. They stand behind the items they sell. On the few occasions over many years when I had a problem, it was resolved immediately.

We appreciate that the checkout man asked how we wanted the items packed in the three bags we brought. Also very engaging with the customer. Great meat values, including the "manager's specials."

Food Lion To Go is a very convenient way to shop especially for parents with small children. Easy to order online and pickup is usually fast. Friendly customer service.

This store is much cleaner than the typical Food Lion and is well organized. Moreover, the employees are often friendly here, and Karen the cashier is particularly kind and charming!

Great place to stock up on well priced proteins,especially food lion brand chicken breast. I'm always happy with the cleanliness of this store in particular. Well done!

I'm in this store almost every day as I live close to it and it's on my home from work. I know where everything is and it's always neat and clean. Super staff always kind and courteous and even have a couple favorite cashiers.

I've been shopping at food Lion for many years after using Lowes foods and Kroger,. Prices are excellent service is great as well. I've never had an issue returning something.

The Employees And Staff Are Always So Nice And I Can Always Get Any Help With Anything In Store. This Location Mite Look Run Down But It Has Very Nice Idems And Fresh Fruit And Vegetables. BW
