I visited this AE location on April 1, 2023. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately. The store was clean, literally spotless, and very organized. Throughout my shopping experience, I was checked on. The staff was visible throughout the store in almost every area I browsed. Everyone seemed happy to be working and open to assisting you with your shopping experience. An equal amount of attention was shown to each customer. I enjoyed my experience here. I found some flare jeans on clearance. Super cute on me!
The Aerie side of the store was also great. I feel an extremely happy and confident aura in Aerie with the positive body and beauty affirmations around the store. What a way to elevate the shopper's experience. It got me! AE & Aerie is a YES for me. I loved it!

Wow it’s the biggest, the spaciest, the most organized AEO store I’ve seen ever! Definitely the best location in Triangle area. Will come shop again!

I am writing to commend an employee at your Cary Aerie store. I was visiting with my family a few weeks ago. It was a family shopping adventure with my niece. I am handicapped but didn’t want to miss out on the day’s fun. Your employee, Miss Alexa( hope I spelled it correctly) noticed my discomfort standing and immediately approached me to ask if I needed a chair. She was so kind and considerate. She took the time to engage me in conversation, yet managed to greet customers and offer assistance to those who requested her help. I explained to her how much I appreciated the fact that I even could benefit from a chair. Most people don’t notice when you’re handicapped and they ignore you. Her kindness helped me to enjoy this shopping trip with my family for back to school clothing. It meant so much to me. Miss Alexa should be commended for her commitment to customer service. I hope to see her again soon during my visits with my family! She’s the best!

Went in after having no luck at any stores finding clothes that fit me. I was feeling so down on myself. Claire was so wonderful, helpful, just absolutely amazing. She was so caring. She carefully helped me pick out items that were my style that I felt beautiful in. I left the store feeling opposite as I came in, and that was happy in my body. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service and kind words. :)

Friendly, helpful staff that works hard. Seeing people whine about masks in the reviews since that's become a favorite hobby for some, and thought I'd add a positive review to staff that have only been nice while some other places are struggling with rude employees. I like that they wear masks and that there's plenty of space to shop. Not like the mall which can get congested. We're in a pandemic and it's really not a big deal to wear one to protect others from your germs. You can still breathe. Businesses have the right to enforce their store policies and don't have to follow the state's guidelines. If you don't want to wear a mask, just shop online. Btw I've seen several shoppers not wear masks, so not sure what people want to whine about anyway. Give it a rest people. I still go to places that don't require masks, and I don't complain even if I prefer to wear one.

Had such an amazing experience at the aerie store the other day! A worker named Carrin i beleive was so helpful and amazing she immediately greeted me and told me about the sales and then managed to help me find such a perfect bra!! Looking forward to returning soon!

My daughter's and I shop here often. Associates have always been nice and helpful. Sometimes we have problems finding the really small sizes for my girls and they are always helpful checking inventory to see if they have what we need. I was especially happy that over the summer they were collecting $ for my favorite charity Surf Rider foundation.

I love this location! The Aerie is huge and way better than the Crabtree location. They have a great clearance section in the back. They're also not as picked over as the Crabtree location. Definitely recommend!

It is a nice place for teenagers they can find a lot of modern clothes they like 👍🏻 Goodluck teens

Brand new store in a nice shopping center and the clothing selection they have is perfect. If you're worried abt covid and don't want to shop in person, there's a "order and pick up" station inside the shop! The staff inside was wonderful and willing to help out if you have any question
