The Home Depot

I went in there this morning for a simple cleaning product. The gentleman putting things away in the aisle was super friendly, and he helped me look up the item I needed. I needed pledge. We found pledge. He didn't act like I was an inconvenience, and he did not rush me. I wish more people were like this.

Most of the complaints I've read are super petty, and the people sounds entitled AF, and that's not anyone's problem except for their own. "Asking me if this is all I'm buying sounds like I'm not spending enough." Get. Over. Yourself. The only thing I've EVER been slightly disappointed with was a mobile order for car-side delivery. I had a fresh-from-the-canal sleeping newborn in my backseat or else I would have gone in myself. I waited a good 30 minutes in an almost empty parking lot before I called to check on it, but then they brought my order out immediately and I went on my way. I've had great experiences every other time I've been here.

I was only in this store to use the restroom, but it seems to be very well stocked with just about anything that a person could want for a home improvement project.

Needed some items for a drywall and wood repair and visited the location near Crossroads shopping center. The dog 🐕 and teenager alike are both like the Hulk around the house sometimes 🙄😉 and inadvertently cause Mamma to learn a new skill! I visited around 7:45a during the week, and there were several associates going about their jobs, but who greeted me and/or asked if I needed any help. I did ask an associate for help, who was happy to show me what I was looking for and all items I was looking for were in stock.

Kelly is amazing! I called this Home Depot in hopes to solve a really quick bathroom remodel problem. She stayed on the phone with me on and off throughout the day and help me find exactly what I needed. I could not have had better customer service. She is hands-down one of the best I have ever worked with. Home Depot is lucky to have her and I genuinely love this Home Depo. Thank you for helping!

The two people that helped me we're very friendly and sincere, especially when they asked me if I needed help loading my car with the 15 gallons of water I just purchased. When I said no thank you they offered that I pull my car up and load it from the store. I felt very taken care of and will be back more often.

I have multiple units that always need something, so having stress free transactions, when I am not local, is appreciated. The other guy across the street has zero customer service.

We went there yesterday and were impressed by the beautiful plants, worth going there and bringing something back to your garden this Spring.

To really appreciate Home Depot, you need to travel the world a little. I live part of the year in the UK and wish I had a Home Depot. Every time I return to the UK part of my luggage is packed with thi gs from HD! The prices and selection just can't be beat. I only wish I could get certain electrical items at HD made for the UK. Tools too, most of Europe needs better tools!

Home Depot will always be my favorite store that I don't mind getting lost in. If I could own several I would, however, it's a corporation, not a franchise....had to buy stock instead 💪🏾.

I've been many times. The staff is fantastic. The store is clean and well stocked. Associate Carlos goes out of his way to say hello when he sees me - what a great person! The rest of the staff is incredible, too. I just can't recall their names.

Love this Home Depot Scott and Amer were so helpful I can’t thank them enough ! If I could give this place a million stars I would the staff always goes above and beyond.

Excellent customer service that keeps me going back!

Went 2 return 3way lightbulbs for a 4 pack of 60 watts. Sales associate,"Matt" helped me with explanation of what the properties of each bulb provided. They have a display showing the colors of each choice. Daylight is the best for me, no yellow cast. Thanks again,Matt.

Went to pick up a bunch of stuff and everything was easy to find. I had to make key copies and was ok with doing them myself but Joyce was extremely helpful and not only guided me to the machine but made the copies as well. Joyce is the example of superior customer service and a strength of your store!
