I just stopped by today to turn in my passport application. I was very nervous because I wasn't sure if my paperwork was filled out correctly. I worked with both of the clerks who were stationed up at the service desk. I must say that both of them were so patient with me. That means a lot because I get anxiety going into the post office sometimes and into the DMV and some of the other government agencies because some of the workers can be so mean. These ladies were awesome!!! I am so glad that I received such good service here! Thank you so much.

Andrea is amazing and beyond helpful. We made an appointment for passport renewal and she went out of her way to make sure everything was done correctly all while multitasking and helping others. She was super friendly to everyone.

They're awesome great employees and they have the best experience post master in the business. Thanks again for all your help the past years in my shipping process.

I had a package that was supposed to come yesterday so I tried calling. The line stayed busy so I went down there. They said they would look into it for me and would call me back. Hours passed so I called back, different worker was there and had no idea what I was talking about. I was on hold forever and the lady never bothered to return. I honestly believe she kept me on there so she wouldn't have to deal with me. Still have no idea where my package is.

Frequently put other peoples mail in our PO box. Also keep small packages behind the counter that would normally fit in a locker, so I cant pick up my packages. Thanks a lot.

When you have a time sensitive package and its on the delivery vehicle for delivery and yet the carrier cannot find it on the delivery vehicle after they loaded it before they left the post office... No problem finding the rest of my mail but the time sensitive package was lost on the truck.!? Went to the post office and they confirmed that it is on the delivery vehicle and now it will be delivered the next day... So Walnut Cove post office gets 1 star from me because this put me in a bind

Worst post office ever. Won’t deliver packages and have a terrible attitude when you go inside to ship something. They’re too stingy to give you one piece of tape and I watched them treat an elderly man so bad. They absolutely suck. Postmaster lies and has a horrible attitude too. They need to be investigated

I’m assuming I have a new person delivering my mail. How are you not able to deliver my packages because you “couldn’t find my house” when no one has came down my road today? Meaning they didn’t even try to find my house. Pathetic. I miss the lady I had before, she was great.

Always getting other people's mail and any package I'm supposed to get comes late.

Upon dropping off a postal load we were greeted by one individual which was pleasant. However, we encountered one bullheaded staff member who would not accept the fact that we can not enter the building if we are not postal staff. We offered to allow the staff to see an email which is clearly instructing non-postal staff they can not enter the facility when delivering loads.
For whatever reason the young lady wanted the name of myself and co-worker. She had no right to ask for our names. By law we don't have to give our names when dropping off a load. Especially when we've done nothing wrong. She wanted our information however, when I asked for the email to notify upper management it was not given to us. We were accused of arguing with that particular staff member when no one yelled at her or rendered confrontational behavior. We simply tried to get this bullhead individual to understand we were doing as we were told by not entering the facility. It would of been a pleasant delivery had she not started with her distasteful drama.

(if you hate your job stay home on welfare.) Just watched to mailman cuss the mailbox, complain a little and when my wife looked out the door she two-faced the mailbox and closed it sweetly, I kid you not. Then exactly 18 minutes later came back again and took something out and maybe put something back in, either way it's all on camera. These carriers are pathetic and should be fired, very typical of government workers.

I tried to have a package delivered on my scheduled delivery date, I just wanted to call to talk to a person in that store just to see if they were delivering on that day. Then the automated line that they have, decided to hold my order at the post office instead of having it delivered. I would rather not talk to a robot for an hour trying to sort things, and then having to wait 1-2 hours to even talk to a person there.
