It takes me quite a lot of 'care' to write a review. Either something blows my mind with amazing or I loath it so completely I have to share it to save other people. I got in a car accident yesterday, it was my fault. I called Allstate to let them know what had happened but it didn't feel like I was calling an agency, it felt like a close family member. They wanted to know if I was okay, if they could do anything to help calm down (I was bawling). Nobody was hurt in the accident, but I was shaken up pretty bad. They told me to go home, relax and call the next day to get the claim started. When I did, I was treated with upmost care, respect and professionalism. I've been with Allstate for a few years now but this was the first time I needed their help, and boy were they there!!! Even though I was in the wrong, they had my back throughout the entire thing and I couldn't be more grateful to them. So I just had to share how amazing and wonderful they are! When I started looking for potential insurance companies I spent hours searching the best prices, policies, reviews, etc. Allstate was the very best and after this experience I will be forever loyal to them. Thank you for taking such good care of me! You guys are absolutely the best.

The toughest part about buying insurance is understanding what exactly is covered and what the best options are. Working with John made that process really easy and enjoyable. He took the time to explain it to me and help me get the best coverage for the best price. I highly recommend him and his office.

Getting an agent in Farmington utah to work with me was absolutely horrible. The man was the agent for a woman who caused an accident. She was responsible . He wouldn't even answer any questions I had. He told me to pay the bill and go after Alstate.. so I used a few bad words to describe him. I know there are real great ajents out there that work for alstate.

I’ve been a customer with Allstate and this office for multiple years. I didn’t have many problems with them until this last year. But now it’s been awful, I’ve never had them pick up the phone when I call despite calling in different business days/times. So incredibly difficult to get ahold of, and then when I’m actually called back, there have been multiple issues that I was uninformed of. Every message I’ve gotten from this office is very very vague, and not helpful in relaying urgency. Do better please.
