This place was great. And very professional. The nurses walked the hall and made sure my mother was taken care and was very given to her needs. I feel she is recovering well from there care. Thanks for everything they did.

Rasheeda, The Receptionist had provided an Outstanding Customer Experience for me and my family, while we were visiting our Step-Father, Mr. James Williams. She was Very Friendly, Courteous and Professional! Thank you! Resheeda! Sincerely, Mr. Garfield Callens

I have been volunteering here for months and have been very impressed with the facility and staff.

Administration really cares and is really trying to make this a 5 star facility.

My mother was placed here for long-term care after several falls. She has been to the facility over the last three years for rehab, which is why we transitioned her into long-term care at the facility. The nurses are fantastic! Some of the admin are also really nice. Unfortunately, the facility did experience a lot of turnover when it comes to several of their administration, social worker, director of nursing, and administrator. This did compromise my mother's care in a lot of respects, for example, failing to get transport for a doctor's appointment, failing to get her on a list to see a doctor at the facility, prevention of a UTI and cellulitis infection, and overall mental care when it came to using psychotropics. My partner and I attended many care meetings that didn't seem to be useful. In fact, we received a letter of a care meeting. We scheduled the meeting, and when we got to the facility, it seemed as though no one knew that a care meeting was happening. I also found it difficult to get ahold of administration at times. While the primary-care doctor at the facility tries to manage the care of the residents, I did feel that he had a tendency of ignoring certain residents that irritated him. At some point, I pretty much gave up on talking to him because there was no point. The activities coordinator is excellent! She really attempts to engage residents by meeting them on their level. The rehab staff are also great! The facility is a great facility for individuals who are bed bound and/or do not have moderate to severe cognitive impairments. When it comes to individuals with moderate Alzheimer's/dementia (still have their mobility and some wherewithal but with agitation and anger), I would not recommend this facility. To be frank, they just aren't equipped for that kind of resident, and this is where I feel like this facility could grow. Indeed, this was the challenge for us. Finally, the facility did pull from my last Google review to use on their updated website. They modified the review and removed my name from the review. They didn't notify me that they planned to use my review on their updated website. Most importantly, they didn't ask for permission. And, worse, they decided to remove my name from the review. Pulling from my review is plagiarism. Tweaking a couple of words and removing my name doesn't change the fact that its plagiarism. This is why a company should keep the name attached to the review, which is what the majority of companies do. So, I hope, after they have read this review, they will take my previous review off their website.

Facility is pretty clean updated equipment most of it. I gave them a 2 I can only speak for my self and experience with them. They have no na’s And few that they do have doesn’t do a good as for as keeping my son clean probably really not pay them much, but if except the then do it get out of there. Every time I go down he’s smelling like poop and old pee. He’s musty end smell like he still have poop on him. I can write a book about this place...wouldn’t recommend this place.

My mother is a patient currently in residence. Her call button is routinely ignored, and she's often left to sit in her own excrement for hours. Some of the staff are good people, but they are horribly understaffed. This company needs new management.

This nursing home is so unprofessional. The supervisor are rude and like to gaslight staff members. They’re unorganized always have issues with scheduling. They lose good workers due to inconsideration. Both staff and residents deserve better.

Staff that's scheduled does not show up! So on call nurses are called and then they don't show up .. because it's a never ending cycle! Of each ones not showing up for work! Clearly they need to hire some people who want to work and fire every last employee that's has called out repeatedly

A friend of mine recently had a horrible experience with this rehab center. The nurse refused to provide proper care and she had to call 911 to help her. She was fortunately transported to the hospital or she may have died there.
*I have to put one start but it should be NEGATIVE.

I had a friend there as well because it was closer to her home. They care was HORRIBLE....she would call for help for over an hour, then they treat her like she was a bother...they sit around and chat on phones and watch tv. Had to call the police and have her taken to a rehabilitation center that cares about their patients. This place should be CLOSED..

Some of the nurses are very disrespectful . I called and asked for something that we need for a patient at the hospital from THEIR facility. When i did not receive it, i called back and the nurse asked me what did i want? Are you serious? Then they acted like they had an attitude when i tried to tell them that i did not receive what they were supposed to send me. But it is okay. I hope they don’t treat their patients like that.

My grandma fell 4 times there. Fell and hit her head 3 times, broke her other hip. They need to get their act together.
