I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle at this Honda dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable, thanks in large part to the outstanding team here.

First and foremost, I want to give a big shoutout to Josh, my salesperson. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine desire to assist me in finding the perfect vehicle. Josh's product knowledge was exceptional, and he patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. Josh's professionalism and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for a fantastic buying experience.

Additionally, I'd like to extend my gratitude to Gary in the finance department. Gary was instrumental in helping me secure a great deal on my trade-in vehicle. The guy who helped me find a car was AMAZING! He was really nice and worked with my budget! I’m a college kid and it can be hard to effectively find something that’s going to last at the quality you want and I know for sure, Josh, who was the person who helped me gave me a great quality car for a great price. Not only did he work late to make sure that I was satisfied and went home with my new car, but he worked with me multiple days to see what would be the best fit to fit my budget and for my needs along with my as well. I recommend him to anyone buying a car used or new I think he would be a really really good fit!

My Dad’s Honda had codes that were making the car glitch and offsetting the trans. Upon walking in the office it’s immaculate and very inviting. Everyone is pleasant and extremely assisting is a breath of fresh air.

Specifically Patrick in Customer Service was assigned to us and kept us abreast on everything going on regarding my father’s vehicle, he even offered to loan me his charger block 😁.

Josh in Customer Service was inside and noticed my Dad (who is an elder) was outside he came outside to check on my dad to see if he was ok or needed water.

I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism that was offered from everyone that work at this location. We need more businesses and people to follow suit!! 💯.

I had a good buying experience when I bought my van. In general I have always had great service so 5 stars.

I just wanted to air out a few things about service during life of the van.
We complained our breaks squeaking a few times and told it was normal. We brought in a few times and eventually they offered to replace which we did and finally and the squeaking went away.

Recently I bought the honda brand wipers from here since replacing the acutal blades are cheaper. There was always spots in the windshield not being wiped with the wipers. I do have a crack in the windshield to be fixed. Told it was that. I bought cheap amazon wipers and replaced them. Works like a charm and there is no problem wiping even with crack. Wish i could get money back for the wipers I bought (they were like 100 bucks).

Showed true effort right away. Derrick sent me a video where he was talking to me while showing me one of their 2024 Accord Hybrid Tourings I had asked about over the weekend. I’ve never even heard of that being done anywhere, so I made a decision right then to stick with Derrick and Hendrick Honda without any hesitation or regret. The best car shopping experience I’ve ever had, so great job to Derrick Williams, the finance manager, and the rest of the dealership. They were also very realistic and helpful when telling me what they could and couldn’t do. My first car shopping experience since 2014, so everything about doing it again made me a bit anxious. Derrick W and the rest of the dealership immediately got rid of what anxiety I had, and the whole process was realistic and very smooth. Thank you all for that! Whoever has been mentoring Derrick W has done an outstanding job!

This service department was amazing. I was driving to greenville for work, and my entire wiper broke off on a rainy day. I called, they said come straight in at 830 AM and they fixed it right on the spot so I could head on to work and drive safely. I bought my car here years ago and they were great. Highly recommend!

Keith and the rest of the Honda team were absolutely fantastic! Keith saw I was working on my laptop and offered an empty cubicle. He made sure I was comfortable and gave me status updates on my car while I waited. Waiting room was immaculate as well as the restroom. Highly recommended!

What a refreshing experience. The sales team and service department at Barbour-Hendrick Honda have been excellent to deal with. Their level of service is far better than any other experience I have encountered when purchasing a new vehicle…and I have purchased quite a few vehicles. He goes above and beyond not only to help me with the services I come in for, but to make sure the overall health of my car is in good condition. I never have any problems with my vehicle and I know If I do, it is thoroughly checked and cared for. Prices are great for the services I receive!

I had a great experience here this weekend. I needed a new suv and looked at several other dealerships in town and was about to pass by Honda because I thought they would be too expensive. I'm so glad I changed my mind! I stopped in Friday afternoon on a whim, the salesperson Dawn greeted me right away and was friendly and made me feel very comfortable, she was never pushy. She was very helpful and informative and took the time to let me drive different cars. I spoke with others in the office to discuss finance and everyone was so pleasant to talk to, no one was ever pressuring and worked with me to get the best rate possible. After needing to get some advice I returned Saturday to finalize the purchase and I'm so glad I did. I love the CRV the environment at the dealership was pleasant. I even got to drive the car right off the showroom floor and out of the building! What an experience for a first buying a "brand new" car!

I can’t thank Eric Batchelor enough for the top tier experience that I had. Thanks to him & the guys at Honda I was able to drive off in a brand new car that I didn’t think I had the chance of getting. This Honda dealer awesome. I worked with Michelle and she was sympathetic to my situation, very communicative, and worked out options to get my daughter's car back and operating as soon as possible. I was not familiar with any of the repair shops and Greenville as my daughter is an ECU student. Her car broke down late a night, but this dealer worked to complete a full diagnostic within 24 hours of her car's towing. The prices and diagnostics were competitive and fair and the team took the time to explain the recommendations to me, so that I was adequately informed. They also helped provide her with a shuttle back to the dealership once the repairs were complete. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to other ECU parents of Honda owners.
