If I could give Amy 10 stars, I absolutely would!! She gave my family and I the best service we have had in yearsssss. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and ability to wait multiple tables and still gave her 100% to us. The food was excellent! I had the steak, and it was cooked perfectly. She should definitely be accommodated for such amazing service that she provides to customer. Amy you are amazing

My son & I stopped into this Outback while we were visiting family in NC. We had a great experience. Thank you to our server,Amy, who helped us decide what to eat. She was very knowledgeable about the menu & recommended the blooming onion. It was amazing!!! Everything came out fast . Thanks for making it a great experience.

Rachel and Jack are awesome! Given the amount of times I heard the drink ticket machine go off… I’m a recently trained bartender at another restaurant and I would’ve been in tears if I was them. They persevered through a ton of different obstacles in the two hours I was sat at the bar! They truly are a perfect example of amazing servers!

I took a solo trip this weekend and stopped by Friday for lunch l needed some of that outback bread in my life. I had the nicest lady help me. she was pleasant and kept checking on me and even cracked a few jokes with me made me feel like l wasnt alone ! Thank you Amy for taken great care of me while l enjoyed lunch.

We went here for dinner. Had ribeye steaks & shrimp w/baked potato with veggies on the side. The server Rachel was great & attentive. The cook Craig cooked the steaks to perfection(medium). The bread was warm & soft. Even the filtered water was great! The owner Fred stopped by our table to make sure we enjoyed our meal which we did.

I love ordering curbside from this outback. They always follow thru on my request. Its so easy to order online and go pick it up with this takeaway team. They also are not cheap on honey mustard extras. We want the honey mustard we need the honey mustard thank you for providing the honey mustard.

My family and I had an amazing experience this past Saturday for my birthday dinner. We had a large group of 20 and they were the only steak house willing to accommodate us. The food was delicious, staff were friendly and the owner even came by to make sure we had all we needed. The staff even gave me a signed birthday card! We Will definitely be back!

Great Service and Fabulous Food!...I was in town for a brief moment, for the Memorial Service for my Step-Father. It was good to step away and reflect on his life legacy. I went here today and sat at the bar. Amy did an amazing job 10/10 service. I sometimes get nervous about only ordering off of the side menu as I can’t eat a lot in one sitting and she treated me like I had a $300 bill. Truly amazing service all with having to make drinks for the whole bar. Will be coming back and requesting for her.

The bartenders Rachel and Jack were amazing!! They made the experience so much more enjoyable and were extremely attentive even despite how busy they were! They will be the reason I come back to Outback, so thank you to them!

We came today and the service was amazing. Jack was our server I believe young guy and he was amazing. He was on point with everything and keep up on checking in on us. The food was so amazing and cooked perfectly 🥰 💞 . We are so glad they serve prime rib here. It has been so hard to find anywhere around here. I definitely can not wait to go back 🤗. I hope we get jack again he was so great. Highly recommend coming here 👌 👍 👏 🙌. Thank you to everyone else as well who was there and so polite.

Appreciated how quickly we were seated, using the call ahead seating might have helped with this. Staff were professional and courteous and seemed to work seamlessly as a team from the host to the person who refreshed my son's soft drink (that was not even half empty) without us asking. One person in our party had a steak that was a bit undercooked for him and the staff from server, to whom I think might have been the manager or asst. manager, went out of their way to cook it further and provided a fresh plate of fries and a new baked potato along with it. Delaney was our assigned server and was a delight. Her sincerity and warmth made a family night out more than enjoyable and we appreciated her service.

My daughter is a student at ECU so we stopped in for dinner before returning her to her apartment. Our server Haley was super friendly and the food was perfectly prepared! The manager Michael stopped by our table to make sure all was well! We will definitely visit the Greenville location again soon!

Jack was awesome as usual and the reason I keep coming back.

We had a party of seven celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The food was fantastic, as usual, and our waitress, Ella, was exceptional! She was very attentive, informative, and friendly. We had a wonderful dining experience.

Got delivery of my fav Steakhouse Salad with Blue Cheese (YUM!) from my brother since I broke my arm and cooking is kind of an issue right now. The order arrived on time, was super fresh and tasted great! And check out the Tim Tam Brownie Cake too he sent us!!!! O - M - G !!!!!

We sat up at the bar with bartender Rachel. She was phenomenal. Our drinks were amazing as well. The blueberry lavender lemonade is a must try!

This is me and my husband’s date night go to and I love the food here. Hubby loves the wings and I usually get the shrimp. The bartender, Amy, is always pleasant and attentive. We plan our dates just so we can chat with her because we know the service will be amazing! Other bartenders are great but Amy goes above and beyond!
