Food Lion

I used to work for this Food Lion. It's amazing how little has changed in 20 years, nice produce section, the candy aisle has moved, that's about all. If you need groceries, this is the place to go.

Always clean well stocked and full of helpful employees love the Food Lion in my hometown but with Food Lion it's consistent across the board wherever you go! Highly recommend them

My experience with Food Lion of Ayden has been excellent! The cashiers & floor staff are very friendly and accomodating. The Manager Mr. Suggs, is very helpful and cares about supporting the surrounding community.

I love Food Lion and let me tell you why. They are the most giving grocery store. They beat Walmart hands down when it comes to giving to the food banks. I help out at the food bank sometimes, and they are the best.

The new wider isles are wonderful. The signs are so easy to follow. I was quite impressed with their new look.

I was in a hurry. Got in got out. Very helpful cashier. She looked and acted like the front end manager. She was very busy but took time to answer my question

The staff in this store are very kind, clean, and helpful. The produce department is really well stocked with lots of fresh foods. We always shop here, and we're pleased with the selection and the quick refurbishment of all items.

I like this Food Lion they are clean and well stocked.The employees are always helpful,and when I ask them where something is they don't just point or tell me an aisle number,they actually take the time to walk with me to show me where the item is.These are the kind of small things that make a difference! Food Lion always has what I need and the price is always right. My family loves to shop here because everyone from the cashiers to the managers are all friendly, caring and professional. I went in for a water exchange and ended up with $30 worth of grocery and a tired toddler lol.

Love my neighborhood grocery store

Everyone nice and pleasant! Was unloading my cart and the nicest and pretty lady working there started helping me and the way she talked to the male cashier was very nice! Overall great grocery shopping experience tonight!

My experience has been positive so far; friendly and courteous staff. I've never shopped at Food Lion before until I moved here to eastern North Carolina, and it has been a good experience so far.

Friendly staff, everything is within the expiration date & fresh. Prices are equal to most other places.

I like the fact that our little town has 2 grocery stores to offer good variety. Some things are better at food lion and some are better at the other location.

prices for some things are a little steep but overall grade A - clean, friendly, local, relatively decent prices, regional sources - everything you should expect of a food lion. deli/bakery same. only complaints i have is it took them forever to restock FL marmalade and my tobacco once each but then again i'm probably one of the few if not the only person that buys marmalade & i know i'm the only person that buys the tobacco i buy because the employees have confirmed that. so as far as everyone ELSE is concerned -- good store. ..the bastards.
