Leah at the McAlester office next to subway, is so awesome. She helped with all my questions, got me in and out and no hassle!! She was so friendly. And she had the biggest smile the entire time we were there. Go see her and tell her I sent you! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!

Tax preparer was very helpful and friendly. She helped me to understand all that she was doing. When my taxes were rejected she explained the reason and got all the papers needed to send to the IRS so they could fix them.

Lynette Price is amazing. She is the most helpful tax associate this location has. She is willing to take all the time and even extra time to answer any and all questions. She also goes out of her way to help if you get verification letters from state and will make sure everything gets resolved. Me and my husband highly recommended you go see her. We love her.

Lynette has been an awesome tax preparer. She has always helped me out even with several tax forms. I will always go to her for my taxes. She is very knowledgable about the current tax laws and always trys to help get tax breaks. If she ever retires or leaves, I will follow her to make sure that she keeps my business.

I've been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the past 12 years and every year the staff at Jackson Hewitt never fail to amaze me by their work ethic, my tax preparer (Linda Ellis) is always very nice , courteous and knowledgeable of her work and any questions I may have regarding my taxes Jackson Hewitt is always off the chart with great customer service and satisfaction, I'm more than grateful for their work and treating all of their clients like family.
