We got same-day service with only a short wait. Our representative was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to give us quotes so we were able to choose what plan might fit our finances. Unfortunately, the company sale did not apply as we understood the online advertising so we left without any new deals.

Excellent customer service! Ken got our phones up and running and took care of any issues we had. One of the nicest techs we've ever dealt with. We definitely recommend this branch.

I went in to this store to swap out a recently purchased phone I was not happy with. The whole team was very friendly and easy to deal with. Derrick did an awesome job assisting me and getting everything converted to my new phone. Thank you sooo much!

I had an administrative issue with my account & I had about a 10 minute wait to have one of the customer service representatives assist me .  They couldn't resolve all my issues, however, they did a great job of providing what they could do.  They also provided the information for getting the additional help I required.

Not a horribly long wait for a free person to help (they were busy, so it wasn't immediate either), but once someone was free to assist me, they had the solution to my issue within a couple of minutes. No haggling, no arguing, no difficulties. Just quick, easy, hassle free help.

We live an hour away and we still choose to drive to this store when there are severalccloser to us. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. They were super busy when we were in last, and they had stopped checking people in which kind of sucked because people there after us, went before us. We had our two little kids with us which made it harder. We ended up sitting on the ground watching YouTube and when an employee was free, he came and sat on the ground with us. We so appreciated that! It made up for the intense wait to be honest. It's hard enough keep two little kids contained, then when you finally do, to have to move them? Nope. We will always make the drive for this store and these employees.

I went into Verizon not expecting much out of my visit and really didn't expect to get honest opinions about the phone. I spoke to Gary, and he went out of his way to make sure that I made a choice that was best for me. He answered all my questions and even took the time to look up some of the things that he was unsure of. I really appreciate it is honesty and will definitely make an effort to speak to him every time I go in. I cannot wait to get my new Motorola phone!

Normally, when I have to deal with any phone provider, not just Verizon, it is a huge pain. However, this store was very quick and professional. I went in to change my phone plan back to Verizon and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was incredible. They even showed us how our plan could be optimized to save money and get more data! It was a great experience.

Ask for Myron. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me resolve all my issues. Friendly and excellent customer service is hard to come by. lol no further and head to this location, Myron will make sure you’re taken care of!

My brother had accidentally shut off his data connection on his phone. Not knowing this we stopped by the store expecting to buy a new phone. The Assistant manager meet us at the door and with a quick thumb through the options, everything was up and running again. No charge. This is the company store that you want to come to for excellent customer service.

My review is specifically for Shelia. She was a wonderful representative. I had a broken phone, she patiently worked with me to find the best solution. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything I needed. Thank you, Shelia.

We came in after we had a problem with our account. We were waited on by Garrett. He was so extremely helpful. He helped us out about a year ago when we got new phones, and was helpful with that also. He went over and above to take care of the problems.

We switched from AT&T to Verizon and could not be happier. I highly recommend Andrew- he was extremely personable and helpful!! He answered every single question we had and saved us an incredible amount of money. If you need absolutely anything from the Verizon store ask for Andrew!!

I worked with John yesterday and purchased a Galaxy 8t. Great atmosphere, great customer service, John was extremely respectful and gave me tips on how to save money on my bill. I've been with Verizon every since US Cellular went out of business locally and have been very satisfied with the phone service and customer service over the phone and in store both. Service is a little pricey but from my experience, all cellular companies are anymore. I've never had issues with dropped calls or poor service, even in some pretty remote backwoods areas of Southern Illinois or while driving from the Arch in Missouri over to the mountains in Arizona. Occasionally when visiting the local store , there's been a wait. However it's never been ridiculously long and the service techs always give me their undivided attention when it's my turn, so I'm okay with a little wait if need be.

I have been with Verizon since 1995. Do I really have to say anymore ?? Great company. Dr. Sheila Johnson has been there for over 20 years. She is my "go to" person if I need anything !!!
