The best grooming my dog has ever gotten. And my dog didn't seem stressed at all. All the employees were very nice and explained the services very well.

I come here for the grooming and to get pet supplies. They even have reptile stuff which is convenient so I don’t have to drive to Greensboro. Staff is always friendly and they always try and squeeze me in for the grooming appointments if I schedule last minute.

I take my two dogs there Teddy and Lucas and they do such a good job and they look so good when they get done with them

Took my 2 small long hair babies their for a grooming. Gloria did an excellent job. They did have a lot of knots and she did a great job making them look and smell awesome!

SUPER place to shop for pet supplies. I was BIGTIME impressed with the layout, stock, selection, cleanliness and most importantly...the people. Case in point...an older gentleman was checking out with 2 large bags of dog food. The cashier asked if I could wait a minute while she ran out from behind the counter to carry the large bags out for him. Prices were fair too! I'll definitely be going back. 👍

Prices are kind of high. But this is the only pet supply store we have in my town. Great customer service

We took our dogs to be groomed there. They did a great job on them and was not too expensive. The staff was very animal knowledgeable.

I carried my chia-jack for a nail trim. He is very scared & few groomers can deal with him. I suggested that I could loosely wrap his head in a towel so he wouldn't be scared. Alexis handled him lovingly while I held my fur baby. His nails look beautiful. Everyone there was friendly. I will go back. Bought a budget friendly treat for my baby.

I take my dog, Maggie, to Petsense for grooming and a bath. It's so easy to make an appointment. The groomer, Gloria, is so nice and does a fantastic job. Maggie loves her! I know she is well-taken care when she is there, as she always gets excited when we arrive for her appointment. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Had the Golden Doodle groomed there. They do a really good job at a really good price.

The employees are always friendly and greet me when I walk in and ask if I need help locating anything. They are very helpful answering questions and you can find any pet items you need here

I love this place. I went in there to buy a fish for my kids, it was my first time ever going there.... the staff was so friendly, and very helpful. I'll definitely be going back!!!

Tonight the wonderful staff were ecstatic that my Fiancee and I had brought in a new member to the family, a tiny kitten that we adopted from the local animal shelter last week. We named her Ele from Stranger Things, however I call her Lil Bit. The staff helped us to find a harness, chew toys, scratch pads, and feline wipes. So thank yall very much
