Devs Coffee Bar Orchards

Dev's is a great place to stop for coffee and a snack. Amazing *vegan* breakfast bagel and sandwich options. Love the variety of drinks. They have non dairy options like oat milk and almond milk if you don't drink dairy.

The lotus drinks are good with lemonade and flavoring but a bit bitter, like unsweetened iced tea.

The service is always friendly, non-rushed and prompt. I don't go anywhere else when I want a beverage

Quality breakfast kiosk. The begal sandwiches are good. I don't like having that much bread but if begals are your thing, this is your place. The Sasquatch is the star attraction. Order ahead via their website saves time.

I love this place! I’m so bummed, though! Their breakfast sammies were AMAZING! Now, they don’t do hash browns, and the eggs don’t seem to be freshly cracked—almost like they are using liquid eggs now, or something. I was willing to wait longer for a better sandwich. Now, the sandwiches are still good, but that “something magical” is missing and it breaks my breakfast loving soul. Why the change, Dev’s?! 😞

Absolutely amazing! I would recommend Devs over any of the ‘big’ named coffee brands. Not to mention, their breakfast bagels are like eating your own personal slice of Heaven!

Devs is my absolute favorite coffee shop. I was on a mission to try every coffee place in vancouver, but instantly knew I didn't need to go anywhere else after I found Devs. Not only do I order my fave drink almost daily, we also use their beans at home. And the customer service is the best!

SOOO happy to have found dev's!! Finally- a place that has a spicy mocha! The forest fire mocha is SO GOOD! The cayenne pepper is definitely noticeable and really makes your typical chocolate covered cherry mocha type of drink extra lit!! I love it! Thanks for being unique!

The best coffee and breakfast bagel sandwiches served by an incredibly friendly staff. After moving here a year ago this place quickly became my go to coffee spot.

Awesome customer service and DELICIOUS COFFEE & EATS. Get the Squatch bagel sandwich. So so good. Don't forget that hashbrown in there! We come here often. Ya'll should check it out. ☕

Hands down one of my favorite coffee stops! The coffee is delicious, and the breakfast bagels are so fresh and tasty! The service is amazing and the owners are often there slinging the espresso shots. Definitely a stop worth making, even if the location is a bit funky to try and access.

I've been seeing photos of coffee and food from this place and it convinced me to checked it out. The drinks here are amazing! I will have to come back to try the bagel sandwiches next time. I have to note that the customer service was amazing too. They were juggling a large crowd and kept everyone happy. Thank you!

I cannot find any coffee shops to compare Devs coffee.

Just moved to Vancouver from Bham and was looking for a good local spot to do the occasional breakfast run and this place knocks it out of the park. Extremely friendly staff, great selections, and satisfying breakfast sandwiches. This place is awesome and I’m looking forward to having these guys in my coffee rotation.

*edit* I've always been a fan of their breakfast sandwiches (parmesan bagel, bacon, egg, cheese) and now they've added English muffins as an option. So good!

Expert baristas, excellent coffee, and fabulous breakfast sandwiches!! The iced tea is delicious and they have a great selection of favorites and new innovative coffee drinks. If you're a decaf drinker you will not be disappointed - they have the best decaf I've ever had at a coffee place. You can drink a decaf americano black and enjoy it.

The staff here is always friendly but not overly intrusive like Dutch bros. The drinks are really good and there is a huge selection. I’ve also tried their breakfast sandwiches on bagels and I enjoyed them. Highly recommend this place!

Every visit we have made has never disappointed! 😍 Devs coffee bar makes outstanding drinks, the way YOU want it. They are all about REAL customer service, and make the customer their #1 priority; while providing quality food and drinks. They don't leave you hanging for 30 minutes for a simple MOCHA, like River Maiden up on Mill Plain, only to be given THE WRONG DRINK!🙄 Plus Devs prices are so much more reasonable too!
As for "THE BIG GUY", I am truly a believer, and I believe in Devs Coffee Bar too.

Found this place by accident on Instagram, saw special drinks on the menu and ordered the Area 51 drink. It was great, not overly sweet and awesome colors

Absolutely lovely and hardworking people. They recognize my car every time and always have my order ready. Use their app for the most convenience, and make sure you order 15-20 min ahead so it's waiting for you. The Classic Squatch is amazing, and it's hard to go wrong with their drinks! (If you have a sensitive stomach, consider avoiding the plant-based energy drinks even though they're oh so yummy.) Seriously the nicest people and they'll help you out if you accidentally order to the wrong location. 😅 Please check them out! You won't regret it!! The only downside is how busy they can get, but that just goes to show you how good they are!
