I went in to the Orchards location for upgrade help on my account and Bethany took care of me. She worked on the problem for at least 45 minutes and helped me with my problem. She has great customer service and she will work with you on solving whatever problem you have going on. I highly recommend her and this store. Thanks again Bethany!

My visit at the Orchards Cricket was amazing! I tried to call the hotline and i didnt feel like they listened or helped at all, but when i went to Orchards Cricket, Analisa listened and understood what i needed. She helped me while helping another customer and did amazing at multitasking. Even better she fixed the problem and got me on my way, quickly.
