After 2 weeks of searching for my perfect Rogue, and getting the run around at other dealerships and being incredibly frustrated and let down, i decided to check out Reidsville Nissan. I called and spoke with Jake Scott about a particular rogue i had seen on the website. My DREAM car was a 2021 rogue with a sunroof but everywhere else wasnt doing anything special to help me find my car. Jake pulled up the car I had called about and had it waiting out front when I arrived. I mentioned I had seen one with a sunroof there so he pulled tgat one up as well. It was a very low pressure situation, whereas the other place I had gone kept trying to cram a brand new one down my throat, even after i made it clear I did not want new. Jake understood how much I wanted the one with the sunroof as it had EVERY SINGLE fearure I wanted, and he made it happen! Best experience at a car dealership ever! Jake was a fantastic help, and a genuinely great guy! I highly recommend Reidsville Nissan if you're in the market for a new car and a great deal.

I recently took my '21 Rogue in for it's routine maintenance which included an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. Your employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and answer any questions I have. They also keep me informed of the work performed and when it is completed. Kudos to Jeremy on my last visit! I have been to other Nissan dealerships for my maintenance and will not go anywhere else now. You provide top notch customer service and quality work! I appreciate you all and the excellent customer service and experience you provide to your customers. This was (I think) my 3rd visit to Reidsville Nissan, and I will not take my Rogue anywhere else! It’s almost been a year now since I’ve had my 2022 Nissan Sentra and I’m loving it. I’ve always had great experiences at Reidsville Nissan and the service department has always been great. Eugene sold me the car in 2022 and I went in knowing what I wanted and originally, I was supposed to meet with another salesman. (I can’t remember his name) For some reason, two other customers walked up and he took them instead, passed me off to Eugene but luckily I liked him better. It could’ve been because I’m young and didn’t look like I’d get approved but after some time, I did!! I’m still giving 5 stars because I went IN wanting an orange Nissan Sentra and that’s what I got. Eugene made up for the customer service the other guy was lacking and he was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Thanks so much!!

Almost time to round up my birthday 🎂 week! 😂 I had a awesome birthday on Monday! I was in a car accident on July 26th and totaled my car and I have been driving a rental car. Nick and I had been trying to figure out how we were gonna get by with one car until my insurance company completed all the paperwork they needed to do so I could purchase a new car. We were on our way home Monday (my birthday) morning and decided to drive around the parking lot at Reidsville Nissan and look around. We were greeted by a salesman there by the name of Mike “Clutch” Allen and he talked to us a little bit and we told him our situation and he said he could probably get something done today (the day our rental had to be returned) but we just couldn’t see how. Well let me tell you he sure worked some magic! We left there with a newer model car, less mileage and cheaper payments! Let me just say if you need a good vehicle I highly recommend them. Probably about 1 hour later I was taking home this AMAZING 2021 METALLIC GRAY NISSAN VERSA for my birthday 🥳 I LOVE IT!! ❤

I was driving home to Georgia when my driver’s door window stopped working in the down position. I was 500 miles from home and didn’t know anyone locally. I dropped by Reidsville Nissan without an appointment and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get it repaired as it was late morning. I talked with Lindsay in the service department and she was so nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable in their waiting room with free hot dogs, popcorn, drinks and a nice kitty cat to pet. I appreciate Lindsay and her crew for the wonderful way I was treated and super quick service. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Tyler Carty and the manager Jusin were so great to me. They went above and beyond to get me the right vehicle that would suit my needs. They were super friendly and always available to talk and answer questions. Tyler came right to my job 2 times to bring me paperwork and deliver my vehicle to me.
