Saveurs Du Monde Cafe WestEdge

My 13 year old daughter and had the best time today! We try to get out once a month to a French cafe and had yet to dry Saveurs. When we're out, we speak French (She from memory, me from google translate :D )

We walked in to this different world of gorgeous, multi-colored pastries as we went to the front counter and met the amazing Ziggy.

Ziggy so kindly, walked us through the process of ordering, what was tasty, what to drink... She was amazing..THEN there was the food!

Best we've ever tried for brunch!
Highly recommend! Ambiance is happy and warm.

Came here for breakfast this morning. This truly is a French cafe, from the pastries to the French music that plays. I got the Paris Brest, which is like a bagel stuffed with this delicious hazelnut fluff. It was really good, great texture and flavor! Also good was the passion fruit bar. The fruit flavor was so wonderful and refreshing!

Friendly and attentive staff. Kept on top of cleanliness. Food was good, would have liked just 1-more slice of ham on my ham/swiss croissant. However, both our meals were great. My raspberry cheese danish was flaky and delicious, spot on. My partners chocolat au pain (chocolate croissant) was flaky and lovely. However the croissant to chocolate ratio gave it more an “essence” of chocolate. Either less croissant or more chocolate for balance.
Store location. Was also great to walk about before or after.
Would definitely return.

The name means "Flavors of the World" Cafe. It's a lovely chill place with fresh pastries and good coffee that reminds me of Paris with French light jazz/accordion music playing. I highly recommend it. It's a very short walk from the Charleston Marriott.

Délicieux! Authentic! Truly a treat worth stopping in for. Not only is the service exceptional and (real) French, but the food and pastries are just as phenomenal. I highly recommend this establishment over any other in the Charleston area.

I love French cuisine, and I have to say, it's the perfect place for a delightful brunch with a wide array of options. During our visit, we tried the delicious La Mediterranean and Alaska croissants, and I can't recommend them enough. Their lattes and Americanos are the best ones I've had so far.

What a great place. We found it on our walk from the hotel to The Citadel. I usually prefer cold brew but it was a little chilly so I opted for the latte to go. Delicious. So much so we went back the next day for another round of coffee and added a chocolate croissant to the mix. We dined in this time and our coffee came in real mugs. What a treat. The croissant was good and they were nice enough to warm it for me.

I love French food, so when my friend suggested we eat here, I was all for it. We tried the grilled chicken panini, various galettes, and l’original sandwich and all were delicious. Everything seemed super fresh and we liked the atmosphere of the place too. Also has lots of parking around which is nice too. I can’t wait to go back!

Delicate crust on the fresh quiche, a great heavy creme paired with light pastry for my eclair, and a perfectly brewed cafe au lait... place all of this within a fresh, relaxing environment and you have the perfect place to enjoy a long meal with conversation or a good book.

Nice little spot for croissant sandwiches and pastries. Pleasant staff. Great seating options inside and out. Coffee was good. Better than Starbucks. Came here twice during a 3-night stay in Charleston. During the second visit, the croissants were smaller than normal--something I did not notice--so they ended up bringing out two egg and cheese croissants to make up for the size difference.

I eat a lot of food. I was telling this to the bartender, Kevina. I just really enjoy the experience of going out to eat & having my food prepared for me. There are those times when I am absolutely blown away by my food, my drinks, & the experience & this was one of those times. This was a stellar experience; the food was excellent, my drinks, a mojito specifically, were phenomenal...that was the best mojito I've ever had. I highly...*highly* recommend this small bistro. A memorable experience & I look forward to my next visit.

I came here with my friends earlier today for a quick coffee stop and I am so glad we did!!!
I had an Irish cream iced latte and a salmon panini. I’m still thinking about that panini… it was sooo delicious. And the coffee was great!!
The baristas were so friendly and they made my morning ❤ thank you guys!!!

Grabbed dinner to go and it was so good it would rival many of the fine dining restaurants in this area. If you’re looking for authentic French casual food, look no further than this charming cafe. The grilled salmon sandwich and side salad with mango dressing was superb. My wife said her quiche topped any she has had in the Lowcountry. I’m actually looking forward to waking up tomorrow morning, so I can pick up breakfast here!

The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The mocha was delicious!

They had several gluten free pastries, crepes, and a galette.

The perfect cafe to find the comforts of Europe in Charleston. The selection is largely French, but they have some proper English tea and Italian products as well. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere and gentle background music can make you feel as though you're sipping espresso and champagne along the Seine and not Westedge.

Quiches were absolutely delicious! Food was fresh and the area was beautiful with real plants everywhere ❤ friendly staff

We can’t say more about the caring and attentive service we received at Saveurs du Monde. The manager was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food and wine were delicious -and so were the pastries we had for dessert! We will definitely return the next time we sail to Charleston.

Wow! The food was fantastic but even better than the food was the service. Ziggy was friendliest and most accommodating server ever. They made the entire experience 10 times better!

We will definitely be back!

Stunning atmosphere! Scrumptious food. Expresso martini was the best I’ve ever devoured. Our waitress “V” was an exceptional waitress. We had the charcuterie board, wagyu beef hamburger and all were delectable!
