We take our girl Chloe here. They take very good care of her. She was excited to go the vet, she was all smiles😊. She was such a good girl we got her a new shirt that had AC/DC 🤘 on it and she got a new collar made by KONG.

I had to put my pit bull down and they were caring and so kind to me..I have taken my other digs Ellie and Draco there the best

I just don't understand some of these reviews about Dr. Yager. She has been absolutely wonderful with all 3 of my babies. I have Stage 4 cancer and she ALWAYS asks how I'm doing, etc...she and the entire staff have always been VERY accommodating (in coming to get Fletcher from the car, bringing him back to me when done, and working with me on appt days and times) as I sometimes have issues following treatments. She loves my boy as her own and I trust her and the staff wholeheartedly in their care of him. I cannot foresee going to see anyone else but her (or Dr. Thompson, our most excellent backup dr if needed 😉).

Dr.Thompson was wonderful with my cat. Took the time to explain OWP, answer questions and make me and my sweet baby feel comfortable. I'm so relieved I can take my cat to a place I know he will be taken care of. Ladies at the front desk were super sweet as well

Exceptional vet care! I’ve always taken my dogs to Banfield in Mt. Pleasant but found myself in an emergency situation with my cat. The West Ashley location was beyond helpful. Jessica, at the front desk made me feel like family. She alone, gained Banfield a customer for life! I will always use this location. Her customer service was above and beyond. The doctor was thorough and informative while being gentle with my baby. And the follow up call, provided by Amber was more than I expected. Again, making me feel like family. This team is truly exceptional. Jessica and Amber, THANK YOU. For all you do for our pets and this community. You are appreciated!!

Dr. Yager and the whole Banfield team took wonderful care of my 2 dogs who needed health certificates for our military move. Our old vet screwed us over and Banfield got us in immediately and helped us get everything in order for us to be able to move. The requirements for the certificates were very specific and Dr.Yager even called me to go over everything to make sure that she had it correct before sending them home with me. I am so thankful they helped us and my dogs were well taken care of. Sad we’re moving because we’d be customers for life!

I've been using Banfield for years. Convenient location, easy to make appointments, staff are professional. I particularly like their Wellness Plans. Highly recommend.

The Vets & staff are so great with my one year old Pitbull Asa. I have been bringing her there since she was 10 weeks old. They go above and beyond to take care of her. My dog loves going to the vet!!!! They also offer wellness plans that makes Vet care affordable. Thank you to all the staff at Citadel Banfield!

I absolutely recommend this vet clinic. They've taken such good care of my kitten during her first 6 months of life. They have talked me through every step of her care and what she needs. After each appointment I feel like I have been given the knowledge and tools needed for her. The staff is very friendly and I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen.

When I got my kitten spayed here I was nervous about her incision, as I am an over protective owner, I called and they told me to bring her down if I was worried and the vet took a look at her immediately and not only let me know there was nothing wrong but explained to me exactly what I was seeing and why. As someone who is in customer service themselves it is such a relief to feel confident about a business that takes care of our animals

I've taken my dogs their whole lives to Banfield, started in California, then transferred to Charleston. I love them, they are very convenient, I can get in whenever I need to, they always help me with emergencies, and they love your dog and keep them healthy. The vets always talks to you like your the only pet owner there. These negative reviews irritate me. Don't like them, go somewhere else.

We love this place. All of our animals go here and are on the wellness plans which save us a lot of money throughout the year. The send us reminders letting us know who is due for what and they are so friendly and helpful. Love the vets, vet techs, and support staff and happy to say they are our vet of choice.

Big shot out to Kris at check in today. Great Customer service & made me and my dog Bomani feel like family. It was our first time. Dara the vet tech and DR Yager deserve a Big shot out as well, they made sure we was completely comfortable and they took there time

We have been going to Banfield since 2010 and have always been so pleased! Both our pups have had more than their fair share of issues and Banfield's monthly plan has helped keep us out of financial trouble and keep our pups healthy! Our dogs love all of the doctors and nurses and we always feel like family there! Thank you Banfield!!

I have King Charles Cavalier - Hugo, which is a big troublemaker. Every time we would go there doctors were really great. Last time we had a new doctor - Amanda King, she was just outstanding!!!! Thank you doctor King for great care of Hugo!!!! Just an amazing person and wonderful doctor!

Right behind PetSmart, Banfield is centrally located very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are not just for emergencies!. We use them annually (vaccines)

This office is fantastic! Sometimes the wait time is a little long on Saturdays but that is to be expected and it's worth the wait! They are always so sweet to my pets and will answer any questions you have!

They are always super nice and very patient. Always have a good experience when I have to take our pup in for a checkup/shots.
