Stopped into Tecovas today. Exceptional service from Anna and Demi! So friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciated their help with sizing.

At the suggestion of Krissy (?) at customer service I called the closest store to me when the warehouse was out of a size and color I was hoping for in an exchange. Thankfully this location had it in stock! The sweetest person answered and was extremely kind and helpful and I’m the worst and can’t remember her name- but she pulled my order, got me checked out quickly and efficiently. Better yet she estimated that my order might not arrive until Wednesday with the holiday- but she got it out so quickly that they arrived a day and half after I placed my order. Totally made my day!!! Thank you so much king st store! Looking forward to stopping in next time I’m in town. Y’all are the best!

My husband had been looking at Tecovas boots for about a year, but couldn’t decide on what style. We just happened to stumble upon the Tecovas store when we were in Charleston - lucky for us!

Will helped us and could not have been more consultative. He asked questions to understand how the use case and provided recommendations specific to my husband. He was incredibly patient as it took several pairs to determine what the best size was, too.

I wish every salesperson we encountered was like Will! He was wonderful. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in town. Highly recommend!

Tecovas is unbeatable! The customer service is the best in the business! I had a great time picking out my first pair of Tecovas boots and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality pair of boots or leather accessories! While in there you are asked if you want complementary drinks too which tops it all off!

Highly recommend snagging a Topo Chico and trying on some Roy's while the Missus gets herself a pair of Lucy's.

From the moment we walked into the store we were received with welcoming arms immediately by the staff. Honestly, my girlfriend and I did not intend to purchase boots. Her goofy behind had never tried on cowboy boots and wanted to give it a try since it was her birthday celebration. Will B jumped right into action, offered us drinks (it was so hot outside and we love a good Moscow Mule) and began to share detailed information about the different boots we were interested in. We tried on probably about 5 different pairs of boots to get the perfect size for our feet. As other customers came in and out the store, he never rushed us or lost his focus with us. This made us feel like the real VIP customers. He is to be commended because we definitely purchased boots before leaving the store and that was not our intention. We were very excited about our purchase. This is what A-1 customer service is.

I recently purchased a pair of The Earl's in a scotch goat color. They are extremely comfortable and true to size. They look and feel great. Customer service was great. I called to have them place on hold and when I got there it was an easy and quick transaction. Thank you for all your help!

We were on Vacation this last full week in October.
Received a e mail from Tecovas about their Birthday Boots.
Because I have a narrow foot sizing is always an issue.
Went into the Charleston Store and was waited on by Lizzy.
One of the best Customer Service person ever.
She knew I wasn’t going to be buying at the Store since they did not have the boot in stock.
Lizzy worked with me on the proper size and fit.
She was absolutely great.

Wonderful hospitality! From start to finish, our experience was great! Tried on many sizes - was offered beverages and when we ran into a luggage issue/transporting the boots home, the store manager, Frankie offered to 2 day ship them. Truly an awesome store, great product and a spot on experience!

I had a great experience at this store. Upon entering the store, I was politely offered free beverages. The salesperson, Mary Margaret provided outstanding service. She was personable, professional, and sharp. My friend and I had actually just popped in looking for a belt. We found out that they will engrave your initials in the leather free of charge. We were encouraged to try some boots on for fun, and after trying on several pairs we both ended up falling in love with boots for ourselves.

Had my eye on the Annie boot in the bone color for a while and when I was finally ready to pull the trigger, Assistant Manager Frankie could not have been more helpful. Knowledgeable about the product and so personable, she is a great representation of the brand. Thank you Tecovas & Frankie!

I came into this store kind of impulsively while walking by and started looking around not really familiar with the brand, I was immediately helped by Lizzy who made my experience better than any I’ve ever had while boot shopping. She explained the boots terrificly and so well I couldn’t resist buying a pair of coles. The store and branding of this company is unbeatable and their employees truly make a difference.

My wife and I visited the Tecovas Store in Charleston, SC on 12/21. Unfortunately, they did not have her size in the Jamie boot in stock. Sales Associate, Daniel, offered to see if he could locate a pair and struck pay dirt in Charlotte. He said he didn't think the boots would get to us til after Christmas which was perfectly fine. Wouldn't you know they were under our carport when we got home on Christmas day. Amazing! Can't say enough good things about Tecovas and she loves her boots. Also, we really appreciated Daniel's friendliness and helpful customer service.

Needed to exchange boots that was ordered before Christmas (2020). Even though the exact boot was not available in my size, I tried on another style and that felt better.
We were in SC and was told I would probably get a delivery in 2 or 3 days. It came today. Yea!!

Jesse and the Tecovas team were incredibly helpful in finding me the right pair of boots for my needs. Enjoyed my time at the store and would not hesitate to purchase boots there again.

Can’t wait to receive my boots! Even though the store didn’t have the size I needed in the color I wanted, they were able to locate them from another store and will ship them to my house. Connor was very attentive and helpful!

I just received my bourbon calfskin leather belt from Tecovas. Wow, not only was it beautiful, fit wonderfully, but it even smelled good. I am so impressed; probably the prettiest belt that I have ever bought, and will buy from them again.

Had an excellent experience here, staff was super friendly, helpful, and even offered me a drink while I shopped! Also, I love my new shoes!

If I could give Allie 10 stars I would. She was so helpful! My Hsiang was a first time buyer and loves his new boots! His next pair we will def head back to a Charleston to get them & hope Allie is there to help us!!!
