They sent someone to the hospital to teach my husband & I how to care for the central line I had just had put in my chest & how to properly change the IV bag. She was very patient & clear with instructions. She even had me practice doing it. This helped alleviate a lot of the anxiety I was having about going home with this line in me & having to care for it myself.

Option Care Health is absolutely wonderful for us. They make us feel like family and genuinely care about the Health and well being of our son and us parents too! We love all at Option Care Health!

Wonderful customer service and very personable staff.

This company is horrible they are trying to bill me for 2 different pumps when they picked up the original pump. I got a bill of 2,500 after I explained this. beware use another company and if you use them make sure you have them give you a receipt before and after. It is bad enough I am fighting cancer and problems swallowing and needed them in the first place but now I have to be traumatized with a bill of 2500. Why would I need to keep an infusion pump it just makes no sense. And the bigger question is why would you deliver a second pump and not pick up the first one? Just horrible use another company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!

While the Fenton MO staff is competent, their billing/claims department is not. They overbilled me and I have spend HOURS on end trying to get resolution and reimbursement. Four months and still not resolved.

Worst service ever. I needed to arrange for my daughter to get set up with a picc line, meds and home care. They initially refused to work with me because the doctor didn’t send them the paperwork they said they needed. He only sent them the order. Long story short, I contacted them to just do the meds and home care and she said they still couldn’t help us. When I asked why, she said they can’t help us. Pretty sad that they won’t do their best to help a family with a sick child. Families are already under enough stress when they request a service such as theirs and to be totally shut out without a reason is criminal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful experience been dealing with this company going on four weeks its always something. Issues every single week and im suppose to trust in them to help care for my now 8week infant. The situation is already hard watching a child go thru something like this and never mind there team making it so nerve racking for us!! I would not recommend tjis company ever to anyone! Theyve delivered my daughter meds to the wrong house! Had a nurse add extra things on a picc line that wasnt needed. Another nurse tried priming a pre primed line and cause air to get in mt daughters line. Lastly they do not have the right supplies that is needed either. I feel they arent very organized and probably should not have pediatric clients if this is this case.
