We drove up from Florida and this was the first time rafting for our family and we had a fantastic time. Great scenery and a thrilling and a little scary drop near the end - unforgettable memories. The staff is topnotch especially our guide Jandy and Matt - they all work well as a team. I highly recommend this group - you will not be disappointed. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent Class IV Rapids... Staff and guides are top knock. The river is very technical, runs fast, has gorgeous waterfalls to stop at, and scenery is very natural throughout the route with very little urban crossing. Loved the many 8-10ft drops. Food was delicious!

What a fantastic experience! Our guide Grace was phenomenal and made our experience so much fun and we also had Cam on our raft, who was so fun to talk to (he has some pretty sweet vocals too) Grace and Cam made a great team, they’re both very knowledgeable, have great personalities, professional and fun! The whole experience with Southeastern Expeditions was great, everybody is super friendly and everybody’s main concern is your safety. This group is very well organized and they put a lot of time into safety measures and still make it so much fun. We will definitely be back and would 100% recommend this company to anybody looking for a full day of fun with a beautiful scenery with a group of super fun people!

What an amazing time! Austin and Matt were our guides. We had a party of seven so we were split into two separate rafts and both groups loved their guides. I highly recommend this company. If you are fortunate enough to get Austin you will get a rapids guide and stand up comedian all for one great price. We will definitely be back for more adventures.

I must say that this was an absolute AMAZING experience. This was my first time white water rafting ever and I did the section IV. I could not have asked for a better experience. I felt extremely safe with all of the guides, especially our guide Billy. This company is very safe and set up every rapid with guides to ensure the entire groups safety. The guides know the river and are very accommodating to all skill levels. The photographs are set up with a photographer along the river and easily air dropped to your phone upon purchase. I highly recommend South Eastern Expeditions and can't wait to experience this again. Thanks for an A+++ GREAT time!!!!

Absolutely amazing white water rafting trip! We did the section IV rapids and had a blast. They were very well prepared and always had safety observers and people ready for rescue in case someone fell overboard. The provided lunch was yummy and all of the guides were fun to hang out with. I've already recommended it to all of my friends!

What an amazing experience, safe, exciting, and incredible memories with family or friends. The staff is awesome, Chris our guide was making us laugh the whole day, yet when it was time for business moving the boat he had command of the crew and kept us safe. Austin in his kayak following along was there to save anyone who fell in, and we watched him spring into action when a man was overboard. Amanda took amazing photos of us, so we didn't have to worry about capturing the moment. The whole staff worked together like a well oiled machine giving us a great experience. Being October is was a beautiful day in the 60s, however we brought and wore shorty wetsuits and booties and hats under the helmets, highly suggested to keep you warm. They served lunch of cold cuts and trimmings giving good balanced menu options. Thank you Southeastern Expeditions for the experience!

Absolutely wonderful! Ran like a well-oiled machine. The team leader was very safety oriented and well prepared. Our guide, Grace, was amazing! She was knowledgeable, clear in her instructions and very professional. Highly recommend this company and can’t wait to do it again!

My family and I went on July 4th and had the best time! Rachel was our guide and Melissa was our trip leader. Along with Maddie and Austin and two others, we all had a BLAST!! We had a river side lunch which was perfect, we had several opportunities to swim, which was a must because it was hot, and we enjoyed all the jokes and laughs. We were confident that we were in good hands with Rachel as our guide. When she got excited, her voice would get real shrilly as she yelled out her commands- “forward 2, back one, all forward”. After we were through a sketchy spot we all breathed and laughed and laughed. She was the best!!! My only recommendation is that we all needed more water. 5 gallons for 30 people was not enough for six hours on a warm day. I heard several people on the trip got sick, maybe side effects from the heat (?). My family was okay, just really really thirsty when we got back to the outpost. FAB time and we are making plans to come again, with our own group of 30 😊

Top 10 experience! Rafted with a party or 12 for a friend’s birthday. Chris, Oliver and the team made our class 4/5 rapids trip memorable as a heart racing all day experience. Safety first as groups would have ropes ready ahead of more challenging rapids. I would recommend this outfitter as the best!

Went Friday September 29. It was an amazing experience. Our whole group loved every minute of it. Our guide Dillon was extremely knowledgeable not just of rafting but with all the history surrounding the area. The water was low which provided us with an unique experience that doesn't happen often. We will be going again in the spring to experience different conditions. The area is as beautiful as any you can imagine. Our group ranged from 8 to 58 and everyone was exilerated and yet always felt safe. Could not recommend it more.

We had the best time! We had a morning trip planned but nobody was on that tour so the staff offered to take us on the next trip (which was longer) at the same rate. Everyone was so nice and helpful the whole time. Jandy was our guide and he was absolutely awesome and very experienced. The photography was excellent as well. 100% recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Adam was our team leader, and he was calm, clear in his instructions, reassuring, and tastefully humorous. I ended up in his raft, and he helped make my first ever rafting experience very positive, enjoyable and successful. The Section 4 route is beautiful and well worth the price. Scooter took some fantastic pictures as well, which we will be printing and framing! Everything was provided, including equipment and a make your own sandwich/wrap lunch. If you're wanting to take anything in the raft (water bottle, dry bag), just make sure it can clip onto the raft with a karabiner. We will definitely be checking out their sister company on another river for our next trip!

We recently went on a rafting experience with Southeastern Expeditions, we had a great time! The rapids were exciting, and rock jumping was fun too. The lunch was great, the guides did a great job. The photographer was amazing as well, catching us on the rapids. This was our first time, and we loved it and will be back. Thanks to Jandy, he was a great leader!

This was our first experience with whitewater rafting and it was wonderful. We did Section 3 which is very tame and good for first-timers. The guides were knowledgeable and fun and were focused on our safety and comfort. It was a wonderful experience and we are planning to return next year to do Section 4 now that we are more familiar with the activity.

Loads of fun - even if you flip! We booked 2 groups/rafts for a fun weekend trip and it was a blast. Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure the trip was enjoyable. We did section IV as a bunch of first-timers and we had no problem paddling or staying afloat - except on the last set of rapids. Despite the lengthy journey, it is not physically demanding nor are you constantly paddling for the entire time. There’s a lunch break in the middle at a waterfall and the last hour or so is mostly being pulled by boat to the pickup area and driving back. The boats fit 7 people plus the guide in the back and life jackets, helmets, paddles, and wetsuits (not required) are provided. A lot from our group couldn’t even swim and had no issues when the raft flipped over so it’s really nothing to be scared of. Definitely recommended and would do it again.

Overnighter was absolutely incredible! We had my brothers bachelor party on the river and our raft guides and camp crew made this an experience we’ll never forget.
