Cato's always has beautiful window front's. The ladies always put beautiful outfit displays. I can always find beautiful tops I like to wear. Everyone is so sweet that work's in the Seneca store.

I haven’t been to a Cato’s in YEARS and I have a lot to say about the one in Seneca. The staff was very friendly and offered to help me with anything I needed. I asked a blonde lady to get something off the mannequin and she did it with no hesitation. I felt bad asking her to do this because they were busy. I also made two trips to the dressing room and said “Sorry, I know your doing a lot for me”, to which the blonde responded “No worries, it’s my job!”. It’s hard to find young people like this who take pride in there job these days! She was such a breath of fresh air!
I went back in the next week to return some things, and a tall lady with curly hair and glasses (I should have asked them there names) helped me. She was very helpful and told me I could exchange for anything in the store. She informed me that they get new merchandise in every week! I didn’t plan on spending any more money, but after the interaction with the blonde and now this lady, I felt very welcomed and walked out spending more money than I got back! Ha! My only complaint is that this store is going to take my paycheck!! 5⭐!

Both of the sales ladies in the store were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They were happy to answer questions and help me find what I was looking for. They even ordered some things for me that were out of stock in the store. I only caught one of their names - Brittney - but they were both wonderful. I rarely shop anymore and usually opt for online, but this was a wonderful experience in great customer service. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous clothes at very fair prices! :)

Found these black sequined pants that were too big,the young lady called the store in Seneca and had them hold a pair in my size. Great customer service!

I had a great experience while shopping at Catos the other night. As usual, they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I needed help. I was looking for a business type blazer and the associate helped me find exactly what I needed. They had several different colors which was quite the selection since this is a smaller store than others I've been in.

Then, I went around perusing the racks. Occasionally, they would ask if I needed any help but not too often that it was annoying.

When I did have a question if something matched, a different associate, Lilly, came over to help. She was extremely sweet and genuine. She helped me pick out an outfit and commented that the color I had picked out was trendy right now especially for around New Year's. That was nice to know because I don't keep up with that kind of stuff but still would like to know. Additionally, I had picked out a scarf to match the outfit and she agreed that it matched. Then, she asked if I had seen this other scarf. She led me over to it and mentioned that it would match my outfit and highlighted that it was incredibly soft. She also pointed out that it would match more things and be more versatile. After she mentioned that, I hadn't even considered that possibility and appreciated her help in making that recommendation. Both associates were helpful but Lilly really took the time and interest in helping me out. She went the extra mile, so I wanted to give her the kudos for a job well done. Now that is what you call Customer Service! I even called the store the next day to find out her name so I could include it in the review and to let her boss know what a great asset they had in her.

I love shopping here, they have an amazing selection of clothing and shoes and if they do not have what you want or need, they can order it or check other locations for you, to have it ordered is usually free, the staff is very friendly and helpful and again I love their wide selection especially in winter

Staff is pretty friendly. Not a big Cato shopper, but the very small handful of times I've been here, I've walked out with some great clothes with zero sales pressure!

This is an awesome place to shop if ur ever in the need to have help getting suited up for play, casual dress or whatever the need be. Excellent service, none judgemental and as nice as you'd want.highly recommended.

Awesome clearance deals, super friendly staff and their dressing rooms were quite possibly the cleanest I'd ever seen. Highly recommend!
