New Beginnings did a wonderful job installing a new roof on our house. They are excellent in every way. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to perfection. We would highly recommend them!!!

Overall great work. Beautiful kitchen remodel with an old home built in the 1970’s. Had to remove a load bearing wall and replace all the electrical and plumbing. If you are looking to do any work yourself then you may want to consider another contractor. If you want professional work done all by professionals with less hassle of dealing with sub contractors then go with New Beginnings for sure.

#remodeling We just had our windows in our Solarium changed out because the older ones were not holding up. Windows, new Hardie Plank, painting of the outside trim and wood, new storm door, some wrought iron repaired, old Jacuzzi removed, shutters reoriented (and a few replaced and painted) and end gable vents replaced was the scope of the work done.
Their were key members of the NBC team that made this project go forward and it looks absolutely amazing. Rob, D and especially Kevin kept in constant contact to make sure everything was on schedule and executed at top quality.
Rob handled the windows, D handled the construction crew and painters and Kevin was in charge of shutters and gables. The construction crews that put in the new windows worked diligently to fit them expertly and water tight and also get the siding up and painted.
Kevin put his heart and soul into his part of the project. He re-anchored the second floor shutters in the brick for easier access to them for us from the upstairs to be able to close them for storms (no more climbing tall ladders when the wind is blowing), put new hardware on them as well. He replaced three sets of shutters that were literally hanging on by a thread. Kevin also built and wire-covered the gable vents to prevent squirrel intrusion to the attic space.
We have used New Beginnings twice now for work on our home. Their work is excellent, detail oriented and thorough. Wexwillnuse them again in the future when the roof needs changing.

Very satisfied with the new roof the New Beginning Construction Company installed after hail damage. Blake assisted in getting the insurance to cover items required by code and warranty is good for 25 years. Had 6 workers, twice as many as last company so roof was completed quicker. They also covered it over night so there were no leaks. Any interior water damage was addressed and corrected. Now I have a first class roof that should last for 25 years.

I have been trying to get my roof repaired/replaced for a few years after losing some shingles in a storm. I worked with two companies that gave up when my insurance pushed back. A year later I saw Blake working with a neighbor and had him check out my roof. He assured me there was minor damage but enough that needed to be addressed to cover a replacement. The same hurdles were presented by my insurance company again but unlike the others, Blake pushed on and even got other management involved!!! Many months, emails, phone calls and roofs later my roof was finally approved to be covered. He constantly stayed in contact with me and updated me on anything I needed to do. The crew came out and were SO fast. Started about 6:30am and were done with removal and install by 1:00. They fixed a piece of plywood that was showing moisture damage and even left my yard cleaner than when they started! It looks absolutely amazing and would recommend them to anyone!!

I was so impressed with New Beginnings and their staff, Michael Sanders, Kevin, and his crew. It is one of the most professional and respectful of my property companies I have ever used. The company and staff were very transparent. You know exactly what you are purchasing. They send a link to your account and all fees, costs, licenses, and change orders are available for your review and acceptance or denial. You are sent text/emails of when the material will be delivered, and when the crew would begin. Everyone was on time for each event. Also, you are instructed on when to move your vehicle, so it is not damaged. The clean up was amazing! Mr. Sanders was wonderful in explaining the process and suggesting colors for the shingles. He brought samples and suggested places where I could see what they look like on houses.
My house looks amazing! I am getting many compliments from my neighbors on how wonderful my roof looks.

He saw it was a simple caulking exercise and told me what I needed to do. This is how you win over a customer for life.
