Le Salt

Very nice, sophisticated place in the rear portion of a boutique. Food was wonderful! Got the 1/2 egg salad sandwich and soup, which was very tasty Mexican stew. Others tried other offers and were very happy! We would definitely come back!

This place is a hidden gem. I was recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome. Eating safe and healthy food while traveling can be a challenge. We had the salad trio option with Texas Blueberry Green Tea. This was so fresh and unbelievably flavorful. The atmosphere was quiet, modern and comfortable. The staff at the cafe and retail shop were so helpful and friendly. After eating we did some shopping. After a very hard week personally this was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits. We will be back!!! Worth the drive...

There is absolutely not enough to be said about this hidden gem! Nestled inside the back of a little boutique shop in downtown (Harper and Grey)..if you blink, you might just miss it. Trust me you would definitely be missing out! The food here is worth stopping in for! The salads and sandwiches are the best you can get without stopping in at MeeMaws! I was traveling for work and stumbled across this heavy find only to want to go every day! Hours are limited but orders can usually be placed online and you can grab food to go for lunch M-F 10:00-2:30! I ate at Le Salt twice this week and I still feel like I didn’t get enough. Madeline and crew put so much heart and experience into their food. I always love seeing what the sandwich of the day is.

Oh boy! Le Salt has amazing food! It is such a sweet, cozy place with a chef that completely cooks from the heart! The salad flight is such a great way to try each salad!

We decided to stop here on our way home from Branson. We are so happy that we did. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chocolate chip cookie was one of the best I have ever had. I will make sure to stop here when I am ever in the area!

On a road trip and timing landed us in McAlester for lunch. Le Salt came up as a vegan option and they did not disappoint with an accommodating menu of very good few.

Very fresh ingredients. Lightly seasoned. Wonderful salads and ready to go sandwiches. This is the way food should be made. With live and your health in mind! walk to the back of the clothier, Harper and Grey for the restaurant.

Solid little place to grab a bite. I loves that it's in the back of a department store. Everything I had was made fresh and tasted great.

This place is the best for lunch in McAlester or anywhere close! Everything is so fresh and delicious. Soups are amazing, salads are so flavorful and the sandwiches are just amazing. And it’s inside a really great shop! It’s my favorite place to eat in this town.

Cute little shop in the back of Harper and Grey House. They have daily salad bar and soup and sandwich of the day. Very good!

This is a great place to grab a healthy, tasty lunch! It’s a small place in the back of a cute gift shop that has great choices that are very filling! It’s unique in location and its menu which makes eating there a fun experience. Owner is very friendly and seems to really appreciate her customers.

On the road, picked Le Salt for a lunch break. It was a little tricky to find behind the beautiful gift shop. Despite a limited menu the food was very tasty and fresh. Highly recommend this jewel of a place! I appreciated the vegetarian options.

Everything Madeline makes is amazing! Hard worker and puts her heart and soul into her food. Such a nice change for a small town. Original recipes that leave you wanting more! Can’t try it just once—You’ll be a regular in no time.

Five stars just isn’t enough! The owner is always so kind and helpful. She changes her menu daily but there is such a great variety of food and soups. There are great vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well. Definitely a must stop place in McAlester. Monday thru Friday, 10-2:30 are hours.
