Doug was awesome! He pulled up my ACA application and updated it for me and had several healthcare plans to me in less than an hour! I chose one and he signed me up. As a recent retiree, I had several questions about the difference between Advantage plans and supplemental plans . Doug took the time to explain the differences, and that there are many factors that go into deciding which is the best route to go. I was impressed with his ability to breakdown some of the confusing aspects of Medicare. I feel so much more knowledgeable now, and confident in my decision!
