McAlester Police Department

I gave our Police Department a five star and because of this is because I have visited with several officers and they are doing what they can when they can with what they have if you don’t make the call they cannot fix the problem if you don’t say something they can’t make it go away we have to stand by our department and if we don’t do that then it’s all on us ... I met with one of the officers today and knew already several and have family in the Air Force but I tell you what these officers are very dedicated to their job and they need our help if you see something suspicious call it in if you see something happen that shouldn’t be or people that shouldn’t be there call it in they don’t mind they say it’s their job and they will check it out no matter time or day and if you don’t then it’s all on you again ...I will defend our department by the fact that they have always taking care of a situation that I’ve personally needed took care of...
If we don’t support our officers we’re just as bad as the folks out there on the street ripping everybody off because we’re not speaking up or not being who we need to be and being safe I commend all the officers for that job well done With deep respect

They’ll get you about for every little thing some days and other days they’re pretty chill but be aware of the speed traps there’s a lot

Everything you need from a police department.

Police departments that display the thin blue line flag are a disgrace. It is a very divisive flag and is NOT the US flag. And the cops that wear the thin blue line terrorist flag are dangerous. I served my country in the military for 30 years and love our flag. You all destroyed it! Please take down that hideous example of a flag.

This agency needs to be investigated by any federal agency with authority. Misuse of funds, repeated constitutional violations, conspiring to protect criminals, entrapment among other violations too heinous to name

Anyone in McAlester area with a basic knowledge and constitutional law check out title 5 subsection 3331 United States code this is a lawful oath of office. 99% of police in America and All City police do not have a lawful oath of office all the way up to the police chief. States cannot make laws to supersede Federal regulations codes and law. Every city state and the United States of America is a corporation. We are not subject to corporations or corporation law. We the people are the ultimate authority in America grants to Us by our Constitution and constitutional republic. Any oath that has a city and a state is not compliant with title 5 subsection 3331 United States code. Any officer without a title 5 some section 3331 United States code is in violation of title 18 subsection 912 United States code. Impersonating an officer of the United States of America. Which comes with fine or up to 3 years in prison or both. This is not including any operations that have happened under color of law. Color of law can lead all the way up to a death penalty depending on the crime. You have no immunities. you have no authorities. And any violations against the populace is criminal activity. McAlester Police department you are not police you are paid corporate security being lied to by your superiors if you do not have a title 5 subsection 3331 you are not a police officer of the United States and you are currently impersonating an officer of the United States. Any actions taken against the populace you are fully liable for lawsuit this includes death of private automobile speeding tickets and pretty much any other kind of tickets is actually a violation of we the peoples right to travel which can be traced all the way back to the laws of magna Carta. We the people do not recognize any informal Police department example being a McAlester Police department. This is your one and only notice it is recorded cease all hostile actions against the people immediately or charges can be brought against all of you all the way up to the chief of police. McAlester Police department is a corporation corporations do not have authority over the people. The sheriff is to be reinstated as the patrolling Force for the people all tickets that have been fraudulently issued or to be null and void because of the 14th amendment all laws that violate the Constitution of the United States of America are null and void and the population is to treat it as if it never existed. Anyone who chooses to follow orders instead of following their own logic and doing the research. will not be able to make an excuse in the court of law because if the people cannot be in your ignorant of the law why would an officer of the Court be allowed to plead ignorant because that would be absolutely stupid. This is a warning to hand over all free news back to the people and to shut down all corrupt operations operating in the town of McAlester and surrounding areas they are done. All lawsuits I file will be in a district court you will not be able to make excuses for your actions this is a legal warning from we the people of America cease actions now. Or you have 10 days to get every officer certified on the law they need to know for their job and get them certified title 5 subsection 3331 United States codes on file. Federal statue gives a 10-day limit . Failure to comply will lead to Federal Marshals.

Not a single individual here cares about the rights of Americans, they only exist to make money off of you by pretending to care while doing as little as possible to actually help anyone but themselves.

Cory Phillips is correct in his review. I am not from McAlester. I live in Fort Gibson. Came here for a soccer game. I was unaware of the speed limit because I literally just pulled around the hill and it wasn’t posted until right where I hit his speed trap. Like Mr. Phillips said they have a speed trap. Never will come to McAlester again. I tried to explain to the cop why I was this way and I did not know what the speed limit was until I hit there speed trap. Without even any hesitation
he slapped me with a big ticket. He was not friendly and helpful like our cops in Fort Gibson. Rude and no mercy.

I was arrested for burglary when I was hanging out with friends. Bishop never spoke to me about it. Bishop had no evidence. I had a bar full of friends and the bar had cameras. One of the worst police department in south east Oklahoma.

Officers from this department set up a speed trap directly over a hill and were nicking people. People off the highway who are not even locals and are completely unaware of an upcoming speed limit change. As soon as you go over the hill, a cleverly placed speed limit sign is set in place to frame unsuspecting victims. No warning of an upcoming change in the speed limit is present. I highly suggest the judge dismiss all related traffic tickets in this area.

They don't like people from out of state don't even try to join their team

I was just threatened and bullied over the phone by officer Odell. I have a call on to superiors now. I am truly scared of this guy!!!

This department should be ashamed of them selfs !!
