They are pulling the same tactic that Wells Fargo and BoA got sued for: they are prioritizing larger purchases, regardless if they are last or not, causing many overdraft fees. For example, I put a $100 a week in my SRP account. Because of the many overdraft fees, I’m consistently in the red. This Thursday, I had a $100 deposit, making my account $100.67. My T-mobile plan took $71.28 and I had another charge of $3.21 from work (for snacks), making my total balance $26.18. Tell me why when I bought $20 in gas, they purposely over-drafted my account by $35, then over-drafted AGAIN another $20 for the gas, even though I was supposed to just $6.18 left. So now I’m -$73.18 in the hole and I’m strongly considering canceling the account because I can’t afford the NTF charges. SRP used to be a very good bank but idk if they are losing money or what, but this unfair to people who live paycheck to paycheck. Please fix this.

Super rude staff doesn’t listen to customer AT ALL and the slowest bank in the csra. I have been the only person in the drive thru, send my stuff in the tube and then 2 other people will pull up and then I end up waiting for 35 mins for them to help the two people that came in after me all I’m trying to do is cash a dang check. I have been nothing but nice and respectful to these people and every time they’re just soooo rude and won’t let you finish talking.
