Very clean and large rooms with kitchenette. They have a gym
Great parking. Near restaurants and stores.

Had a problem checking in due to the receptionist not speaking up. There was a glass window up for Covid and the girl receptionist would not speak up so I could hear her.

The room was excellent with a large full size refrigerator and excellent Wi-Fi service. Very large room plus being quiet.
Check out was difficult due to the computer being down and I couldn't get a receipt.

We are so happy with our experience! We are a family, in the middle of a long distance move, that was traveling with children and dogs and really needed the space that the Extended Stay would provide. Our original room reservation was messed up through a third party but when we called, William was more than happy to help accommodate our needs on short notice. He immediately corrected our reservation and provided us an even better alternative. The quick response was greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. Above and beyond!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean. Rooms are good size.The amenities such as kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware is very convenient.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! We had the king suite and a queen one. It was a last minute booking soothe rates were awesome! Each room has a stove, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. I was able to borrow some plates and forks from the office. Forget your shampoo? No problem the front desk has you covered. Housekeeping was so helpful and kind! The towels are plushy and not cheap! The front desk Staff was a little cranky but it was late. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful
The shower is plenty big and omg the water pressure lol. Admittedly the king suite was a bit better, the bed was very comfortable and it had at least 5 pillows
I felt like goldy locks testing then all! I will stay here everytime I'm in Mac town for sure!Also, I had my service dog and there was no fee for him!

Spent the weekend here in this hotel. The rooms were large, plenty of area to move around in, and it was clean. There was a small kitchen with regular size fridge, stove, sink
And counter space next to the stove to prepare a meal. They have an exercise room...washer/dryer...a vending machine room for snacks. There was pastries and coffee for breakfast. It was quiet...no disturbances.
The only thing that I think could use a little improvement about the location is the sign for the hotel. It's kind of hard to see as you're driving thru. It's hard to see and it would be easy to miss. And what a shame that would be because it's a great place to rent a room.
It's a comfortable, cozy, quiet place to stay for the weekend. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was without a doubt an excellent value. Will definitely stay here again. It was right of the expressway and had easy access. The area had a great choice of nearby restaurants and well as several retail stores close by. The hotel itself is very clean. There was no ice machine in the hotel but it refrigerator / freezer had us ice in approximately thirty minutes. There is no swimming pool but has a nice little sitting area to relax outside. The employee at checkin was great. Friendly, courteous and professional.

I love extended stays. when my girl & I first started seeing each other we went to the one in Springdale. this one was just as nice

This is not a 5 star hotel in the world of hotel ratings but it is a good one. The front desk people were really pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and it's always nice to have a little kitchen and sitting area. The location is central to most anything and several restaurants around. There are a lot of working men- fracking, wind field, road work etc., do it was quite at night after their hard work days. I'll stay there again, but make sure to book in advance. Coffee ready 24/7 is a plus too!

Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was below average with granola bars, prepackaged muffins, and oatmeal in an envelope. Truthfully that is the only truly negative thing I can say about our stay.

My elderly mother stayed there for about a month and a half while she was waiting to close on her house. EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful! The maintenance guy was really great and the manager, William, was extremely nice. All of the girls, housekeeping included, took such good care of her and went above and beyond. Peyton, Kailey, Shirley & Rose thanks again! You ladies are amazing!

Staff was very helpful with towels or extra pillows etc!! Girl named Kailey was at the front desk much of our stay, and she is excellent. Great customer service.
Has washer and dryer and an exercise room, very convenient and accessible.

If you're a person of color. As, they call us. At the gas station. Please pick up your snacks and drink. Before, or after this location. As, they like to call African American,. Colored people at this location. Not understanding. A woman, in their age range. Makes so much more then them. P/h.. lol

Everything was excellent the staff was excellent we couldn't have had a better night stay really enjoyed it we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends

I stayed at ESA with my husband while I was in town for about 13 days. There is nothing but amazing things to say about the front desk staff, housekeeping and the place itself. Yes, like any other place there are people who like to march to the beat of their own drum (hence the smoking review here, I experienced it too in the 3rd floor) but nothing I could do. My room was comfy and better insulation than my apartment back home…seriously did not hear much noise or smelled anything when inside.
Christie was so helpful when I had to extend my stay a little longer and Rose was just a sweetheart! Thank you ladies for being so kind during my entire stay there, I loved chatting with you! I’ll be sure to keep coming back as long as my husband goes to work in town.

Everything was clean. Breakfast is great and convenient. My family and I love this hotel so much, we keep coming back.

i wasnt happy with the plumbing in the kitchen, the sink leaked all over the place.

all and all the price for the room was good, the people were great.

I have a patient I see there, it is always clean friendly employees it is a great hotel if I had to go somewhere

I was here for two weeks for a class. I haven't been out of state for a while. The stuff was amazing if I needed anything they was there to help. The hotel was clean and sound. The room is what I was looking for in my stay. I would recommend one in Clarksville Tennessee near fort Campbell for those who want to visit there love ones. I think you make really good business over there with stuff you had here. I cant say anything bad because there wasn't anything

We've been here for almost two months and All of the staff is very friendly. Housekeeping is great. Amanda always has a smile and is always willing to help with whatever we need. She always makes sure to say hi and ask if we need anything. Definitely recommend staying here.
