This place is to be avoided at all costs. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield so my copay is only 20 dollars anywhere else except here. They state they are federally funded now so despite what Other clinics and Blue Cross says themselves its 90 dollars plus the cost of any service provided that day which could range from 100 to 10. 000 for a mere doctor visit. A doctors office is dictating to Blue Cross Blue Shield what is covered and what isnt despite their policy. This has to be illegal. Id give less than one star if possible. 🤬

These young inexperienced nurses traumatized my special needs daughter by having her taken away in a cop car for getting loud and yanking the bottom of my shirt. Plus I had her calm by the time the doc came in by giving her stuff to draw on. I came for help with the situation and instead they caused more harm. Luckily the ladies at Carl Albert were amazed at how it was handled and she was able to come right home. I should have just started there. My daughter cried in her room for hours. She didn't get violent or threaten violence and this is how she was treated. People with special needs deserve better then this.

I've been treated non human everytime I come to the office or call after telling me lies nonstop about test results and so much more I go to get my meds records day one mri results missing in records call had to pick up next day well today there one referral still not there i called today and ask why withhold med documents and why there not all together in one file the woman ask what i wanted her to do about it i said guess I have to get legal counsel to get it she hang up saying I going to sue when I call back she said she could not talk to me or give me the medical records my attorney could get them this is against the law you can't keep hiding records or withhold them don't walk out run from this place also I have the whole phone calls recorded and more no lies can be told this time
