Bought 3 car batteries here (different cars) . Much cheaper than anywhere else, same core charge as anywhere else, and the same warranty as anywhere else! So why go anywhere else lol? Really nice people as well. Going to get another car battery today!

I used to buy all my batteries here but after my last experience I probably wont return. I purchased an ATV battery and filled it per the instructions and it leaked after I sealed it. I took it back with my concerns and was told that since they didnt "flood" it, it had no warranty and it was my problem. First off I flood and seal probably at least a dozen of these a year and second I was never told that they had to flood it for the warranty to be good. So now that it leaks it wont last as long and if the ATV tips over there is a chance that the acid will spill on the rider.

The guy working had no clue what he was doing!

Paid Icom batteries to install breathalyzer in my car, it never worked properly and often left me stranded. Had the Justin Mezell look at installation multiple times and finally Justin decided to have it removed! Justin mezell charged me to uninstall the equipment that he initially installed incorrectly from my car. Upon leaving Justin Mezell became aggressive in front of me and my five-year-old daughter, essentially kicking us both out of the store because Justin was aggravated for his service being terminated . Absolutely terrible experience, he tore my car up on installing the equipment. Broke several wires in the dash, steering wheel controls no longer work on my Cadillac, tire sensors can no longer be programmed correctly , I learned that when having a professional install new equipment.
Run run run!
Do not use Justin Mezell nor Icom batteries for mechanical services of any fashion.
Justin has no integrity and Justin's word means very little. Justin runs his business like a coward not a man.
Justin can say what Justin wishes and defend the terrible way he treats customers vehicles, and the customers themselves, nevertheless Justins business ethic is very poor! He installed the equipment, charged me for parts I didn't need, including a new battery. When those parts didn't fix the problem Justin became aggressive. I have since had machine installed by another service provider, Who showed me the multiple broken wires behind the glove box/dash, at least now the breathalyzer works perfectly.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY Took some Ridgid batteries there to be rebuilt got them back they didn't work took them back they kept them for about a month and then when I got them back the second time they still didn't work did this two or three times in the end they said my charger was defective but I got a different charger and nothing is wrong with mine batteries never worked just gave me a run around and then a rip off

Rude people that don't know anything!Been here 3 times, told something different each time, though we wanted the battery that THEY recommended... no more trips to this place!
