Have been in Edgefield 6 months and since Sara has taken over this location the service and food has been top notch! Bathrooms and service areas are always clean as well. She definitely deserves a raise and much more from the company. She’s approachable, accommodating and is always a delight to speak with.

Cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Food was fresh and hot!

I purchased a double cheese burger meal. It was nice and hot. The French fries was still hot and without salt. I wish all fast foods restaurants did the same...not add salt to the food of others. I was super-duper hungry and enjoyed my food.

Food was great. Too bad I had to wait a lot to have it in my hands but I guess it was worth it

Never ever been disappointed at this location. The service is great amd the food is always fresh and hot. I order on the app and I have never had more than a 5 minute wait. This will always be my McDonald's go to location.

I am on a Ketovore diet, so if I stop in McDonald's I order just a patty. I never get any complaints or issues about that here and they also plate it up and ask if I want a fork. The staff here is always friendly. If McDonalds was smart they would create a Keto/Carnivore menu. More and more people are realizing that's the proper human diet.

They forgot my fries when I told them they brought me hot fresh out the grease fries. No fuss just friendly helpful service. Even though the lines were long and I had to wait for fries I was in and out of the drive Thur in 6 minutes from order to payment to food handed to me. It would have been 3 or 4 but I had to wait for fries. 9 out of 10 I recommend.

McDonald's is not my usual place to go but my son and I were on a little vacation and taking some country roads and we were hungry and there wasn't a lot around. So we went through the very busy McDonald's and I have to say it was a very good experience. The service was quick and our food was very good. I had the McRib sandwich which is nostalgic for me. And it was very good. There was a sweet lady at the window who noticed that I had a dog in the back. She was so sweet to him and wanted to give him a treat but she didn't have them with her. I really enjoyed speaking with her for a minute or two while our meal was being exchanged out the window. I'm glad we decided to stop at the McDonald's.

Have been loving the app and having order ready to either hit drive-through w/ order code or pulling up at a spot and just completing and confirming the payment and sitting tight. Never have a problem with food and the staff is at worst okay and often if not usually pleasantly chill to pretty pleasant. Nothing bad to say. Breakfast is clutch and the deals come in handy.

Gone, are the days of the kids play palace... However the redesigned building looks all grown-up. Great food in a pinch, and good value. Wouldn't eat here everyday, but still good food.

I have stopped here many times. Great staff and owners. Took the Grand-kids here for a "Trolls day". Staff was dressed up like the characters in the latest Trolls movie. The Grands had a great time. The store recently had a makeover - it looks great!

Order a large mango pineapple smoothie and a large french fry. Had to wait several minutes for the fries but when I received them they were hot and fresh. My mango pineapple smoothie was delicious. This is my favorite go to for a sweet and salty savory fix. This McDonald's got it right!

We ordered sausage breakfast burritos, and they were fresh and hot! We received them in a timely manner, and the staff was very professional and courteous!

I go there about every morning that I work. Low prices breakfast, great customer service. Little old lady always greeking me with kindness. Doesn't no time at all in the morning, through the drive thru

Ordered a plain double cheeseburger french fries and a drink at drive-thru got all the way home 15 miles away to discover my burger had pickles ketchup and mustard on it I had to throw it away very disappointed called up the manager explained the situation she was very accommodating and will replace my order on my next visit that's why I gave it five stars

Shout out to Frank! Friendly, helpful, goes above and beyond! Acts like he wants to be at his job. Give this guy a raise! Takes good care of my grandma when she comesin. Couldn't ask for a better person!

McDonald's icecream is so creamy and delicious! I recommend it highly (as a truly discriminating critic and lifelong icecream cone lover)...you can't eat just one without dreaming of having another and watching for the next McDonald's. They are almost addictive!

No napkins or contentment for coffee

Ordered breakfast here one morning got all the way home and didnt recieve my full order. I drove back expecting an attitude,However the manager and staff where waiting on me and apologized and remade my order hot and fresh!
